Nursing has always been my passion and I am here to pursue my passion from honorable institution the curriculum here provides with lots of nursing and other allied education also there is an internship program at the end of the first year which makes capable for all the future needs

The curriculum is great for industry standards and keeps you well updated with the market requirements via various projects so you really know what to expect later on in the journey. They also need you to solve a certain amount of DSA questions from various portals which also means that you're constantly involved in upskilling yourself. Moreover the only thing I would say they should improve is the fact that we can't really talk to students like normally you would in college so the students pursuing this full time are at a disadvantage of losing their communication skills. On top of that though there are no other bad cherries to pick here, even the exams are well procured even though sometimes the centres are too far away.

This degree's first batch hasn't graduated yet so I can't give you a figure right now but I can tell you that the internship stipends are usually around 50k to 60k on average. Companies like Google and wipro are some of the places where internship offers have been made. I want to work on some of my own projects after getting the degree so yes, it is really nice. To add to all this the main part is that these students share the same opportunities as the btech students at IIT Madras.

Campus life is bit of a boring but the natural environment with lots of greenary and good view gives us a excitement. The annual technical fest is called as Luminance which includes different managerial evets and atlast sunburn dj programs. They are typically held in december or january. The classrooms have writing pad chair for every students, smartclass with projector and green board. The sports is not well promoted in the campus. Indoor games like table tennis, carroms, chess, are well promoted but when it comes to football, cricket and badminton there isn't even a place to play. The students play football in basket ball court with concrete surface which highly dangerous. The management isn't providing a solution for this problem. There are many clubs, social groups for students. These clubs conducts programs like arts, sports, night theatre and many like that.

The course curriculum is pretty standard. I opted for this course because i wanted a corporate job and top managerial positions, which this course provide and help us. The curriculum includes seminars, evening presentations, ppt presentation which help us to relate to real world. The area i felt which needed an improvement is faculties could use more relatable real life incidents to teach rather than sticking with the theory alone. There would be a total of 2 internal exams, 1 model exam, and 1 final exam each semester exams are pretty standard and i was able to pass every exam without fail

Anwesha is the annual function and Aawahan is the tech function which is conducted every year . Accessibility of book is good and you can take with your home for 15 days and their are various type of things are there one is give some small amount of rupees and take the book for year whole semester. Good thing is the college timing which is 8-2.30 after that I can study my own ,the area which is need to improvement is the gap between classes there are only 30 min for break which is too bas for us but for college perspective it is good Every 4 months having a semister exam no for me their is no difficulty if you study regularly

In our college we are needed to do interships by second year. Many professors of other colleges are very eager to take students of our college for internship because of the reputation of our college. Even if students do not get internships in other college then our collehe also provides some internship opportunities to students. Apart from that our professors themselves also have research labs.

As it is that I am studying chemistry honours, I myself choose this college because the faculty members here are very good and the have a lot of knowledge about the subject. They help us to understand the subject better. We have two exams in each semester one is the midsemester and the other is the endsemester and in case of lab we have exam after every three classes.

The annual fest is meraki it is held in the month of february. Thousands of books are available for students in the library . Sports and extra curricular activities offered by the campus are NCC , NSS , footlball , rock climbing etc

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS GREAT AS MOOT COURT PROGRAMME IS ORGANISED BY THE DEPARTMENT AND SPORTS PROGRAMME IS ALSO ORGANISED TO BOOST SOCIAL ASPECTS OF THE STUDENTS AND MANY OTHER ACTIVITIES ARE ALSO ORGANISED BIG PERSONALITIES ARE ALSO INVITED TO INTERACT WITH THE STUDENTS.

THE AREA OF CURRICULUM IS GREAT THE PROFESSORS ARE ALSO EXCELL IN THERE FIELD BUT THERE IS SHORTAGE OF PROFFESORS MOSTLY GUEST FACULTY IS TEACHING.THE EXAMS HELD TWICE IN A YEAR AS THERE IS TOTAL 6 SEMESTERS AND 2 SEMESTERS COMPLETED PER YEAR.

There are several extra co curricular activities in the college including sports fest, arts fest and medical exhibitions. Smrithi is an annual intercollegiate sports fest conducted by govt med college kottayam. MEDEX is annual medical exhibition. Then there is interbatch arts fest, interbatch sports fest held annually. Library is enormous with good facilities. Lecture hall is having smart board and is air conditioned

Clinical based learning and competency based medical education of the national medical commission attracted me towards this course. The clinical based learning aspect prepares us to face extremities in this field and it is highly useful and significant for the betterment of young doctors. As per my suggestion the areas for improvement includes doctor patient communication skills.

For festivals we have annual function named as Trifest which includes many competitions and also sports meet. The students are given prize in the trifest function. We have also got starnite which is a function to enjoy the college life. Clubs are more lively before now a days they are not good enough.

We got eligible for placement in 7 th semester. Companies like TCS, Deloitte, Tech Mahindra have visited our college. The highest average package we have got like 4 lacs per annum. My plans after getting the degree to appear in Gate exam and get a suitable score to be placed in some MNCs

The fee structure for the course is 13550/Year since it is a government organisation. This include all the tuition and exam fee. The hostel fee can go on an average of 3500/Month which can vary on different months and the average is 3500 so it add upto 42000/Yr The complete cost of our education will add nearly 2.5Lakhs for 4 Years. There are so many scholarship including government and private available for the students based on the economic criteria as well as educational excellence. Which include Egrantz,MEA , FFE , GEMS The college provides a higher employment opportunity through placements and internships considered with an average of 650000/Yr as average salary. I am a 4th year student from computer science department and i got 3 offers this year with a highest of 10.3Lakhs from company O9 Solutions.

The college is well equipped with labs and other facilities for a student to work in college. And the campus is open 9am to 9pm which helps students to avail the facilities throughout the day and effectively. The course curriculum was designed in such a way that it teaches starting from basics to advanced level so that each and every student can follow. And in turn it effectively mould students to deal with real world scenarios and application. There are so many clubs and workshops where students can work on real world problems and showcase their talent. The frequency of university exams are twice an year and the Difficulty level is moderate based on my personal opinion where i am currently having a GPA of 9.14 for the first 7 semesters.

For the present batch the curriculum is good removing the unrelated topics like chemistry and the topics like manufacturing lab which are replacced by python programming etc . by studying this we may be ready for the campus placements but for the real competitive world we need to put on some efforts. The main thing all students lacks is a plan because the syllabus for test will not be discuissed with the students we need to find from the teachings of the class.

the fee slab is according to your marks scored in the exam or though your mains or neet exam they will consider any of that by the option which you select. so the average fee for each slab is 100000 ruppes for 1st slab 200000 300000 for 2 3 slabs and non scholar ship is approimately 5 lacks including hostel at current situation.

The course fees and hostel fees is different. Fees is taken semester wise . There is scholarship available for students who performred well enough in the entrance exam. Campus employment oppurtunities are also given. A company is well inside the kiit campus.

There is a company called High radius inside the campus, it does provide internship in the campus itself. It provides both paid and stipend based interships. Projects are assigned to teams and faculties in the college itself help them.

It prepares is really well for the real world scenario, As we learn how to communicate well with the patients without hurting their feelings or intruding their privacy. Especially the new curriculum CBME involves a lot more patient-doctor interactions

Eventhough the cultural activites are less in out college, academically they give a huge wide range of cases. Sports is supported. Extracurricular activities (off stage) is encouraged well. But on stage activites are not encouraged much. There are union every year and it helps in the students' wellfare and programs

I am Currently in second sem, from third sem internship will be provided which is included in the FYUGP NEP course. We have 2 exams in 1 semester, one sessional and the final exam. Other internal exams like quiz, presentation is also held and home assignment is also included

Till now, we had celebrated the freshers ceremony, cultural night, college week and are going to celebrate the rong mela to be held in april. Also, many workshops and seminars take place frequently like yoga workshop, boxing etc.
