MMMUT Admission 2026 is entrance-based across all programmes. B.Tech admission uses JEE Main 2026 scores, but MMMUT runs its own separate counselling process. It is NOT part of UPTAC, the Uttar Pradesh state counselling body. All B.Tech seat allotment happens through MMMUT’s dedicated portal at mmmut.admissions.nic.in.
Postgraduate programmes including M.Tech, MBA, and MCA use GATE, CMAT, or CUET(PG) as applicable. PhD admission is through MET-PhD-2026, the university’s own entrance test. MMMUT offers no distance or open learning routes.

Ans. No. MMMUT B.Tech admission is completely separate from UPTAC (Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling). MMMUT runs its own counselling at mmmut.admissions.nic.in on the NIC Samarth platform. Candidates who register for UPTAC are not eligible for MMMUT seats through that process.
Ques. What is the JEE Main cutoff for MMMUT CSE?
Ans. MMMUT does not publish a fixed cutoff. Allotment depends on JEE Main 2026 rank, category, and branch choice filled during counselling. CSE is the most competitive branch at MMMUT with 255 home-state seats. Candidates with strong JEE Main ranks in the UP domicile category stand the best chance of securing CSE.
Ques. What is the total B.Tech fee at MMMUT?
Ans. The tuition fee is INR 75,000 per semester at MMMUT. The total first-semester fee for a day scholar is INR 1,37,500 including other charges. TFW scholars have the tuition component fully waived. Contact the MMMUT accounts office or visit mmmut.ac.in for a complete fee breakdown.
Ques. How many B.Tech seats does MMMUT have in 2026?

Ques. Can candidates from other states apply for MMMUT B.Tech?

Ques. What is the TFW scheme at MMMUT and how do I apply?
Ans. The Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) scheme provides 5% supernumerary seats in each B.Tech branch. Candidates whose parents earn less than INR 8 lakh per year are eligible. No separate application is needed. During counselling, select the TFW category and submit the parental income certificate at the time of admission. The full tuition fee is waived for TFW-allotted students.
Ques. Which entrance exam is required for MMMUT M.Tech admission?
Ans. GATE 2026 is the first priority for MMMUT M.Tech admission. Candidates without GATE may apply through CUET(PG)-2026 (second priority) or MET-2026 (the university’s own offline test, third priority).
