DTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From 4th semester, students become eligible for internships. Some 300+ companies visit DTU every year for recruitment. Almost all the major tech giants come here, example Amazon, Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Flipkart, Paytm, De-Shaw, Code Nation etc. Highest domestic package is 68LPA and Highest foreign package is 1.5 CR. Average package in tech branches is approx 15 LPA and at core branches it is 10LPA. Almost all students at Tech branches get placed, however placements at Core branches are not that great. I want a good placement from this college.

I joined this college because I found the college has a very good placement record. The college maintains a record of 100% placement every year and the highest placement offer of the college was around 1.25 CPA and the average salary offer was around 25 LPA. The college placement packages are like the top IITs of India and give a very tough of competition to such institutes in terms of placement. Google, Microsoft, Myntra, Flipkart, Goldman Sachs, Amazon, Deloitte are the top recruiters of the college that participated in the college placement rounds.

Mostly all students are eligible, but preferred cgpas are 9 above, and resumes with good work experience and achievement section of DSA are preferred. I would recommend, maintaining a good CGPA and practicing DSA a lot.

Placement start after 6 semester where students and more than 250 companies vist like Microsoft, Infosys, Paytm, jio, Qualcomm etc . Highest package offer by tech companies goes upto 1.25 cr pa in DTU and Avery package 15lakh pa .about 80-85 %are get placement remaining of it ethier persuing higher studies or try for off compus. After degree pursuing for higher studies .

Students become eligible for placement after 3year end. Big companies visited every year like Microsoft and many tech companies. The highest package is 1 crore around and averages around 16 lakh. Civil last year 50% places. I will try for placement and otherwise government job exams.

Due to much interest in engineering field I opt this course. Talk about student ratio then it is like 10:1 Faculty is amazing and highly qualified and infact have experience of many years. Mid term and end term exam conducted in single semester.

From the end of 6th-semester companies started coming with job offers almost 220 companies come every year for placements almost every student can get a placement if they maintain a good cgpa and a good knowledge Companies visited are in tech Microsoft, apple, amazon, Infosys, etc and in nontech The highest package ever gone in DTU is 1.45 cr and the average is 15 lakh per annum Almost 80 percent of students get placed every year and some go for higher studies means placements are too good in DTU.

I would like to pursue Ph.D. and I am highly interested in ME so I chose. Faculty students ratio approx 40/60. Most of the faculties are having Doctorates degrees, Masters's and also have a concern with industries. In PhD there is 6 months of course work and remaining the year there is research work. The total duration of this degree is 4 years from the date of SRC.

Campus placements are top-notch for tech branches (including ECE). The average package for ECE is above 12 LPA. Most companies allow ECE students to sit for placements. The highest paying jobs are for software roles. On-campus internship opportunities are also available, which can lead to pre-placement offers even before the 4th year.
