Course Curriculum Overview:
The course is easy and faculty are also very helpful and there are presentation and other activities done to increase the marks and viva was also held but people give more preference to international students

Placement Experience:
Placements in the collage are good.there is rise in good placements in the school of mechanical engineering.the new companies are begin start the campus placement from the recent years.the highest package is not good enough but that average of the placement are good

- Playground, Infrastructure is very nice. The planning is immersive.
- I like the classrooms very much, quite big and adaptive learning.
- The faculties are quite good here and are very friendly in nature.
Dislikes
- I donot like the temperature here. Absolutely humid.
- The hostel food is not up to par in nutrients resulting in not so good health.
- The examination schedule is very cramped up due to the duration of semesters being short from 4-5 months.
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for placement from 5th sem onwards. Companies such as TCS, ACCENTURE, INFOSYS etc come here regularly each year. Highest package being 65 lakhs per year, and average is around 8 lpa for cse and IT.

- I liked the way faculty members have made me understand each and every concept.
- I liked the way sports faculty have encouraged every one to choose a sport and Excel in it.
- I liked the hostel staff members who help keep the hostels clean and provide a better environment for students to relax.
Dislikes
- I did not like that first year students are restricted from participating in several tournaments.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is greatly structured and it covers almost all the aspects that an aspiring engineering student should know. The curriculum prepares the students for real world applications and prepares them well to be able to achieve higher education. THere are 2 semester per year and exams are based on the semesters.

- I like the campus, faculty of this university, faculty behaviour, course which i have choosen, hostel facilities is also excellent.
Dislikes
- I didn't like the hostel in time for girls like they have to come in before 7pm and cannot stay outside after it yes you can go toh foodcourts and all but not outside the campus. On the other hand boys can stay up to 8:30 to 9pm outside which is not.

Campus placement are offered with average salary of 6-7 lakhs per/year. Every year many companies come for placements like infosys, wipro, jsw etc.
Highest package was 60lakh per/year. 90% of students get places after the degree

- I liked the hostel facility. The infrastructure. Few professors are good.
- Every student is provided with a mentor.
- Mess facilities improve after action is taken.
Dislikes
- Course curriculum discussions are not present
- Hostel incharge take advantage of their position
- Area around the college is filthy ..can be better.
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for campus placements from 5th semester onwards. There are many companies visiting including pwc google microsoft Infosys and many others. Highest package offered was 50 lakhs. Kiit college offers 100% placements. My plans after degree is get a job and move

- Many gardens available, lovely place to study
- Great Central Library, Every Department got it own separate library too

- Mess food quality very poor, need improvement
Course Curriculum Overview:
The courses are very good, my first year included basic subjects like the extension of class 9 and 11, the exams include mid semester and end semester exam. Although the first semester was rushed but all syllabus was covered very beautifully by the teachers.

The courses are generally relevant and comprehensive with specific aspects that influenced my decision to choose this course.
Some areas can be improved in the future but I really like their education and exam system

- The green environment of campus attracts the most
- The regular fest and flash mobs are conducted for entertainment of students
- The faculties are very supportive and polite
Dislikes
- The preference to odia people everywhere
- The local language is very difficult to understand
- The hostel strictness and wardens are very rude
Placement Experience:
Students get eligible after 3rd semester
Companies visited were ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Vodaphone , Axis Bank
Highest pakage was 13.5 Lpa and avg was 4 Lpa
100% students got placed
My plans are for going to higher studies

- College View. One of the best colleges having a vast area and every area is decorated with plants and flowers/
- College Library. I personally like my library, it has 24 hour service , you can read any time, with good environment
- College classes and faculties. All classes are air conditioned, and most of teachers are supportive
Dislikes
- My Hostel. Most of the hostel are good, but specifically my hostel room is very small
- College Fees. It is quite high with the opportunities and benfits provided
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course curriculum is similar to all the colleges. but the extra curricular facilities provided by the college, differen societies present in differen domain will help you in growing your skills and knowledge in your sector. College keep organising tech fest, alumini meet, and global awareness meeting to keep the students up to date with present world. Course curriculum can be improved, I personally think, many new elective subjects are added which are not beneficial for my stream CSE.And the attendace is very compulsury for getting ood marks. Smart Boards and White Board teaching ares used which depends on teacher's choice.
There is normally two exams in a semester , midsem of 20 marks in time 1hr 30 min, and endsem exam of 50 marks in 3 hr, and the rest marks depend on subject faculty. Mostly examination level is normal , if you are good student you can cover the syllabus in 1 week before exam.

Here is a review of KIIT University based on the experience of a close friend who is now an alumnus of the institute
Pros
- The institute offers a vibrant and happening campus life filled with fun activities.
- The institute gives extra attention to extracurricular activities and has a plethora of platforms through which one can pursue their passion.
- The accommodation facilities are decent and the hostel rooms are spacious. Hygiene is maintained
- The institute has excellent infrastructural facilities like a gym and swimming pool that charge money.
Cons
- KIIT fees are high and not everyone can afford it. This year the annual fees stood at ?3.5 Lakhs
- The faculty pool has average professors and very few are highly experienced.
- The institute also faces issues due to the huge batch size.
- The research culture and the lab sessions are poor and need to be worked on.
- The curfew for girls' hostels is another big concern here. The girls are expected to be inside the hostel by 7 30.
- Placements are decent considering the huge fees you have paid. There are several mass recruiters so getting placed won’t be a major problem.
In all, KIIT is a good choice if you have no financial constraints and want to live a luxurious campus life.

As far as B.Pharma placements are concerned. almost 70% of the students get placed every year. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA.
KIIT University offers good placement opportunities for all the students of the university. However, the placement package offered to B.Com students are lesser compared to other technical and management students.
