- Campus is very big so it requires a lit of walking
- Bhubaneswar has a very hot humid climate making it quite difficult to step out
- Hostel have intime of 7:30 pm for girls and 9 pm for boys
Placement Experience:
Our college promises us 100 % placement and with time its been increasing every year. As i am a mechanical engineering student core companies like JSW , Tata consultancy, whirlpool, etc comes for in campus placement. The highest package for this year was 1400000 which is a quite good start in the feild of mechanical engineering.

- Infrastructure is good and classrooms are comfortable
- Campus life is good and interactive and students get many opportunities to explore themselves
- All kinds of clubs are there for students to engage themselves.
Placement Experience:
Placements start at the end of 3rd year and a number of companies come for the placements. Companies like TCS, Deloitte, Infosys, PWC, JP Morgan and many more come for the placements. Mostly the students get placed.

- I liked the campus view, the faculty members and the food here. The people here are soft spoken and helpful. The infrastructure is commendable. It has a wide range of hostels from premium to non premium. The mess food is healthy and very tasty.
- On some days we have special menus which is too good.
- The placement cell is very cooperative and helpful.
Dislikes
- I didn't like the entry time for girls which is too early that is 6 pm.
- Girls cannot go for morning walk neither they can stay out for more than 2 hours
- The washrooms are sometimes flooded with water.
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for campus placements since 6th semester. Various companies like TCS,Wipro, Accenture, Flipkart etc. Highest package was around 48 lakhs and average package is 7 lakhs per annum. Percentage of students getting placed is around 89%.

- Hostel facility, campus, faculty members, students, society, sports complex all are very good and I like being here in this university, they almost provide everything we need here and that what everyone wants when they come to a university away
Dislikes
- For girls in time is 7pm which I don't like where boys in time is around 8 to 9 this is the only thing I don't like here like gender discrimination is there in this thing atleast girls should also be allowed till 8 because it's a city place .........

Every year many companies come for placements and also provide a good package of an average 7 to 8 lakhs per year. Companies like Wipro, and Infosys come. Almost 90% of students get placed every year at a good company.

- No ragging as the seniors are too friendly.
- The facilities are well experienced.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course that I chose was cse in which I got the best facilities which are having friendly behavior and are very frank.
They were well experienced and the exam and schedule were made the best.
Taking about the exams, the exams were too easy which can be cleared by reading just before night and got 9+ sgpa.

Placement Experience:
Right now real bad situation. From 6th semester eligible for placements. Average package is around 4-6 lakhs right now. But if you have skills, higher packages too. Would go for higher studies. Highest varies every year.

- I liked the library structure and it looks absolutely massive and lovely.
- I liked the AC classes. Each class is aromatized with beautiful fragrance.
- I liked the environment of the college .
Dislikes
- There is no settlement places for wanderers.
- There is no entertainment clubs for bigger parties as in thematic sections or rooms.
- There is no near by medical within campus its a little far by 200 m.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I have been following this curriculum as my passion towards upcoming success. The system is quite balanced enough to support our passions. Some teachers are needed to be taught the way of teaching. mostly all the faculties are very friendly like they support us in every things.

- Weather conditions beyond the colleges influence can impact outdoor activities and daily routines
- Enhancing placement opportunities could potentially elevate the average package beyond the current threshold of 10 LPA
- The standard of the food in the mess, though not directly managed by the college, is often a topic of concern among students
Placement Experience:
Starting from the 5th semester incident commence thier internship and placements. Various companies, including numerous startups visit the campus offering additional learning opportunities. KIIT recorded an average package of inr 8.5 lakhs with the highest package reaching INR 65 LPA over 3800 job offers were extended by 300+ recruiters with 62+ new recruiters participating in the 2024 placements. The placement rate exceeded 92% with many students pursuing further studies. As for my plans, they are diverse. I am considering the possibility of pursuing govt jobs due to interest, or perhaps delving into placement related activities in other options.

- The food of the hostel is not quite good.
- Some faculties are irresponsible and doesn't care about students
- Sametimes the questions in the examinations come out of course

As it is a private institute, the curriculum is very flexible and regularly updated according to the needs of future aspects.
Our curriculum is mostly based on practical problems and real-world applications.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The study in here is so good. Two exams in each semester were taken place. The exam questions were not difficult. There is library in my university where every students can prepare for exam as well as study.

Here is a review of KIIT University based on the experience of a close friend who is now an alumnus of the institute
Pros
- The institute offers a vibrant and happening campus life filled with fun activities.
- The institute gives extra attention to extracurricular activities and has a plethora of platforms through which one can pursue their passion.
- The accommodation facilities are decent and the hostel rooms are spacious. Hygiene is maintained
- The institute has excellent infrastructural facilities like a gym and swimming pool that charge money.
Cons
- KIIT fees are high and not everyone can afford it. This year the annual fees stood at ?3.5 Lakhs
- The faculty pool has average professors and very few are highly experienced.
- The institute also faces issues due to the huge batch size.
- The research culture and the lab sessions are poor and need to be worked on.
- The curfew for girls' hostels is another big concern here. The girls are expected to be inside the hostel by 7 30.
- Placements are decent considering the huge fees you have paid. There are several mass recruiters so getting placed won’t be a major problem.
In all, KIIT is a good choice if you have no financial constraints and want to live a luxurious campus life.

As far as B.Pharma placements are concerned. almost 70% of the students get placed every year. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA.
KIIT University offers good placement opportunities for all the students of the university. However, the placement package offered to B.Com students are lesser compared to other technical and management students.
