students become eligible for placements from the 7th semester onwards. the placement cell is v active and mostly 700 companies visit the campus every year and more than 4000 offers are made. even Amazon Microsoft and make my trip and many more MNCvisits the campus. the highest package offered last year was 78lpa by date, there were 2 offers and the average package for all branches is around 7-8lpa. for CSE it is said to be around 10-11 LPA. mostly all the students are placed and VIT guarantees a 100% placement. my plans after getting my bachelor's of technology degree are to do a job for 3-4 years and then complete my master's from abroad, I am targeting german colleges mostly as the study there is quite affordable too

Campus Placements are very nice with the highest packages around 50lpa and the average package around 6-7lpa. Many students get placed in their dream companies. From the 3rd year, it is compulsory to get one internship.

From the third year onwards, you are eligible for placements. More than 5000 offers came every year. More than 1000 companies visit. Google, Microsoft, Dyte, and Deloitte are the leading companies. Around 80 percent of the students are placed. The remaining 20 percent are those who want to do post-graduation or have different plans for start-ups.

There is no entrance exam for the integrated courses. Admission is based on students'' 10th and 12th mark especially based on maths physics chemistry scores. There are no reservation benefits. the course fee is categorized into 3 levels. Vit has 3 campuses with different courses. In this integrated course I.e btech+mtech. There are 2 different fields on the VIT Vellore campus they are computer science engineering specification in data science, computer science ( virtusa).computer science (software engineering) There are few seats allotted for data science and Virtusa course. More seats will be available for data science engineering. Counselling is conducted in a clean and clear way. One can choose their course based on the availability of seats

The campus vit vellore has a good placements. Most of the students studying here will get an good job with a good package. And most of the students get placed in 6 th semester itself they will get a good jobs in campus placements itself. Nearly 1000s of company's vists vit. Each student can get nearly 8 to 10 offers. The average package is of 8 lakhs and the highest is 70 lakhs. Nearly 99 % of the students in vit will be placed in a good company.
