Although information on eligibility criteria for many Universities is insufficient, a Master’s degree or M.Phil in Russian from a University recognized by UGC or a recognized Russian University shall remain the minimum requirement to seek admission. A Diploma or Advanced Diploma won’t be sufficient to pursue research level studies in Russian.
