AP EDCET 2018 Admit card

AP EDCET 2018 Admit card will be tentatively issued on April 11, 2018 onwards. AP University is responsible for issuing AP EDCET 2018 Admit card. Candidates can download the admit card in online mode only by visiting the official website of AP University.

Candidates can download AP EDCET Admit Card by entering the Payment Reference ID and Application Number. It is mandatory for the students to download the admit card as without admit card entry will be denied any candidate inside the exam hall.

For any technical glitches or discrepancy, applicants can reach out to AP University helpdesk for support and assistance.

How to download AP EDCET Admit Card/ Hall Ticket?

Admit card will be issued only to candidates who have successfully submitted the AP EDCET 2018 Application Form. Candidates can simply download the admit card from the official site using the steps indicated below:

  • Visit the official website of AP EDCET
  • On the website homepage, click on the Hall Ticket Download Tab
  • Enter your Payment Reference ID and Application Number
  • Click on the Download Hall Ticket button

After clicking the button, the admit card will be displayed on the screen. Students are advised to download and take the printout of the admit card for their future reference

The details printed on the admit card are the same that students have entered at the time of filling the application form. All the details must, therefore, match details mentioned in the official records.

The details written on the admit card is as follows:

  • Registration number
  • Candidate’s Photo and Signature
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • Roll number
  • Application number
  • Exam timings
  • Date of exam and Slot
  • Name of the test centre

Discrepancy in Admit Card/ Hall Ticket

In case, if students find any mistake in the admit card, they should immediately contact the examination authority. No request for changing details in the admit card will be entertained after the conduct of exam.

Documents Required with Admit Card/ Hall Ticket

It is mandatory for the students to carry certain documents along with the admit card on the day of exam. Documents will be used for verifying examinees' identity. Following is the list of documents that students need to carry at the examination centre:

  • AP EDCET Admit Card/ Hall Ticket issued by competent authority
  • Passport size photograph
  • Identity Proof from any of the one like (Voter Identity Card, Driving License, Passport etc) issued by Government of India and State Government

AP EDCET 2018 Exam Centres

Students should indicate their preference for examination centre while filling the application form. AP EDCET 2018 is going to be held in 16 cities. General Instructions on AP EDCET 2018 Admit Card

Some important instructions pertaining to the conduct of exam and related rules & regulations are mentioned on the back of AP EDCET Admit card.

  • Students must reach the examination centre 30 minutes before the commencement of exam.
  • They cannot leave the examination centre before completion of the paper
  • All the electronic devices such as calculator, laptop, mobile, and digital watch, etc are prohibited inside the exam hall
  • No written material is allowed in the examination hall
  • Applicants must carry a valid ID proof along with the printout of the hall ticket or the admit card
  • Students should not carry any valuable item to the exam centre because examination authority will not be responsible for any loss.
  • Admit card should be produced in good condition only.
