BCECE 2018 APPLICATION & REGISTRATION
STATE LEVEL OFFLINE TEST
BCECE Board has released online application form on March 7, 2018 at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. Eligible candidates can apply for BCECE latest by March 28, 2018. From 2018, no need to send the print copies of Part A & B of BCECE Application Form to Councilor’s Office.
Candidates need to keep the images of their photograph & signature and requisite details ready before they fill the application form. BCECE exam is scheduled for April 29 & 30, 2018 for Engineering and Agricultural courses respectively.

Candidates need to keep the following documents ready before they proceed to fill the application form of BCECE 2018.
Step 1: Registration
Candidates will have to first register by accessing the official website of BCECE - https://bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. Then click on Apply for BCECE-2018 link.
As login page appears, click the ‘New Registration’ tab to open the Registration page. Enter carefully all the following required details:
After filling all the details, click the ‘Sign up’ button. Candidates will receive an ‘Activation Code’ in their registered e-mail Id and mobile number. They then need to visit Applicant Login screen, click the ‘Activate Your Account’ button, and enter the activation code.
The account will be activated and the candidate will be able to login using the registered e-mail Id and password created.
Step 2: Provide Personal Information
After activation of their account, candidates will have to furnish the personal information in the application form of BCECE 2018. The details that are to be mentioned in the BCECE 2018 application form include:
If the permanent address is the same as the correspondence address, then the candidate will have to check the box and then upload the scanned images. They must save to go to the next step.
Step 3: Upload Photograph and Signature
After filling the personal details, candidates need to upload their scanned copies of recent photograph and signature.

The application fee for PCM or PCB for various categories is as follows:

Candidates may pay their BCECE 2018 registration fee in either online or offline mode. The online mode fee payment can be done through any of the following channels:
For paying the BCECE 2018 registration fee in the offline mode, candidates first need to download the NEFT challan, and take its printout. They then need to take the print copy of the challan at the bank, and make the required payment through the NEFT mode.
Once after making the payment, its status will be reflected in the BCECE database in one hour. Candidates need to validate their payment status is by logging to the BCECE Login page. If the payment is not reflected in one or two days of making the payment, they must approach the BCECEB office with details.
The BCECE Board allows the applicants with an opportunity to make corrections to their submitted online form. The correction feature will be enabled for the candidates submitting the BCECE 2018 application form from April 3 to 5, 2018, till 11.59 PM only.
Note that post passing this date, no changes will be allowed in the filled in application form details. Follow the steps mentioned below for making correction in the BCECE 2018 application form:
Ques 1. I am not a domicile of the Bihar state. Am I eligible to apply for BCECE 2018?
Ans. No, only those candidates who are the domicile of the Bihar state are eligible to apply for BCECE 2018. Check BCECE Eligibility
Ques 2. What courses are offered through the BCECE 2018 exam?
Ans. By clearing the BCECE exam, candidates will be able to get admission to the undergraduate degree courses in Engineering, Pharmacy, Dairy Technology, Agriculture & Gardening, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Verterinary, Lab Technician, OT Assistant, X-Ray Technician, Ophthalmic Assistant, Orthotics and Prosthetics.
Ques 3. I have uploaded my wrong or old photograph by mistake while filling the BCECE 2018 exam. What should I do now?
Ans. You will be allowed to make corrections to your submitted form from April 03 to 05, 2018, 11.59 PM. You will be able to update your photograph and make other corrections during that time.
Ques 4. Is the BCECE 2018 application fee refundable?
Ans. No, the BCECE 2018 application fee is not refundable to the candidates in any circumstance.

Ans. The scanned photograph should be of the 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm dimension, and the scanned signature needs to be written in the black or blue ink pen on a white paper either in the Hindi or English language only.
