DU B.Ed 2020 Application Form will be available tentatively from the first week of May 2020. The application form for DU B.Ed Entrance Exam 2020 will be available on the DU PG Admission portal and the entire Application process will be in online mode. The Application fee for Genral category candidates is INR 500 whereas for reserved category it is INR 250.

Application Form for B.Ed from Delhi University will be available at the official website starting from the first week of May 2020. Candidates need to refer the steps mentioned below to smoothly complete their Application process. The process will be completed with the payment of application fees in online mode through credit card/debit card or netbanking. Follow the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Visit the University of Delhi website cie.du.ac.in and go to Post graduate admission Portal and register yourself first.
Step 2: Go through the B.Ed. Prospectus available very carefully.
Step 3: Check your Eligibility according to the Eligibility criteria given in the prospectus.
Step 4: Register using your email ID and contact number. The sytem will auto generate you an unique enrollment number. Use the generated enrollment number and login again.
Step 5: For online application, fill the B.Ed. Admission Form available on DU PG Admissions Portal.
Step 6: Please select the Subject Category and one teaching subject very carefully.
Step 7: Select the Centre of examination carefully and pay the requisite application fee. Fees Payment can be made by either through Payment Gateway mode or by Demand Draft made in favor of ‘Registrar, University of Delhi’ payable at Delhi.
Step 8: Attach your recent passport size colored photograph and your scanned signature.
After the payment is made, take a print-out of the form and bring it along on the day of admission at the allocated institution.
The candidate will have to choose one subject category and only one teaching subject which they must have studied in the qualifying degree i.e. Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree for at least 200 marks and obtained at least 50% marks in this subject. This subject category will be considered final for preparing merit list and allocation of institutions. The subject chosen by the candidate from the subject category will be considered as the teaching subject and will remain to be the same throughout the B.Ed. programme. Also note that request for change in subject category will not be entertained under any circumstances for allocation of institutions and seats.

Ques. What is the total number of seats in B.Ed. program?
Ans. The total number of seats in the B.Ed. Programme is 250 out of which 100 seats are in CIE, 100 in MVCE and 50 in SPMC.
Ques. What is the admission criteria for foreign students in DU B.Ed?
Ans. All eligible foreign students have to apply through the Deputy Dean, Foreign Students Registry Office, University of Delhi. They will have to however abide by the deadline given in the schedule. They will be exempted from the Entrance test. However, they shall have to undergo a special test of proficiency in the English language and an interview conducted by the Department of Education. Ques. What is the procedure for the visually disabled candidates for taking the entrance test?
Ans. A writer shall be provided to visually disabled candidates for the entrance test. In case he/she wants to engage their own writer, they will need to inform the department about this at least 10 days before the written test. The writer must not be pursuing or have pursued any course higher than Graduation.
