What is REAP Application Form 2027?

How to Fill REAP Application Form 2027

The REAP 2027 application will be completed entirely online in two phases: new registration and fee payment, followed by form completion and document upload. Choice filling and seat allotment are separate stages after the merit list is published. Since REAP has no correction window, take extra care at every step before clicking Submit.

Phase 1: New Registration and Fee Payment

1. Visit https://reaprajasthan.co.in when the window opens and click "Apply Now" or "New Registration".
2. Enter your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID exactly as they appear on your Class 10 certificate — mismatches will cause rejection at document verification.
3. Verify your mobile number using the OTP sent via SMS. Keep this number active throughout the entire REAP 2027 process — allotment letters and all official communications are sent to it.
4. Pay the non-refundable registration fee online — expected ₹885 for General/OBC/EWS/MBC or ₹750 for SC/ST/PwD (Rajasthan) — using debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, or e-wallet.
5. Note your Application Number shown after successful fee payment. Store it securely — you will use it at every stage: form completion, merit list verification, choice filling, and college reporting.
6. Save your login credentials (Application Number and password) in a safe place.

Phase 2: Fill the Application Form and Upload Documents

1. Log in with your Application Number and password at reaprajasthan.co.in.
2. Fill in your personal details: full name, date of birth, gender, category (General / OBC / SC / ST / EWS / MBC / PwD), domicile state, and active contact details.
3. Fill in your Rajasthan domicile details: certificate number, issuing authority, district, and tehsil — required for state quota eligibility.
4. Fill in your academic details: Class 10 and 12 board name, year of passing, roll number, and subject-wise marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
5. Enter your JEE Main 2027 Application Number and NTA score (Paper 1 for B.Tech; Paper 2A for B.Arch). For B.Arch via NATA, enter your NATA 2027 roll number and score.
6. Upload your photograph and signature, along with all required documents, in the format and size prescribed in the 2027 information brochure.
7. Review every field on the preview screen before submitting — name spelling, date of birth, category, JEE Main score, and domicile details. There is no correction window after submission.
8. Submit the form and immediately download your confirmation page / acknowledgement receipt. Print it and keep it safe — you will need it for choice filling, document verification, and college reporting.

Note: Submit only one REAP 2027 application form. Multiple applications from the same student will be summarily rejected and the registration fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Documents Required for REAP Application Form 2027

Keep scanned copies of the documents below ready before starting your REAP 2027 registration. Uploading blurry, cropped, or incorrect documents causes rejection at document verification. Because REAP has no correction window, you cannot re-upload after form submission — check every file before uploading.

Note: Upload a recent passport-size photograph taken in 2027, with a plain white background and at least 80% of your face clearly visible. Do not upload edited, filtered, or studio-retouched photographs — these are rejected during scrutiny and your registration may be disqualified. Since REAP has no correction window, a bad photograph upload cannot be replaced after submission.

REAP Application Fee 2027

The REAP 2027 registration fee is expected to follow the 2026 structure. The official 2027 fee will be confirmed in the CEG Rajasthan notification expected in May 2027. Pay the fee online during registration — no offline payment mode is accepted. The fee covers your full participation in the REAP 2027 counselling process, including choice filling and all allotment rounds.

Payment accepted via: Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, and E-Wallet. No offline modes — cheques, demand drafts, and cash payments are not accepted. Pay only after confirming you meet all eligibility criteria — the fee is non-refundable even if your application is found ineligible.

The REAP registration fee is non-refundable — even if you withdraw your application, do not participate in any counselling round, or your application is rejected.

Note: If your REAP 2027 fee payment fails or shows a pending status, do not retry immediately — wait 48–72 hours for the amount to be automatically refunded to your source account before making a fresh payment attempt. Retrying immediately risks a double deduction.

REAP Application Form Correction 2027

REAP does not provide a form correction window. Once you submit your REAP 2027 application and complete fee payment, CEG Rajasthan does not allow any changes to any field — including your name spelling, date of birth, category, Class 12 marks, JEE Main score, domicile details, or uploaded documents. This is a confirmed, standing CEG policy that has applied across every REAP cycle.

What to Verify Before Submitting Your REAP 2027 Form

• Name spelling — must match your Class 10 certificate exactly, including middle name and surname order.
• Date of birth — enter as shown on your Class 10 passing certificate, not your Aadhaar card.
• Category — General / OBC / SC / ST / EWS / SBC / MBC / PwD; a wrong category selection affects your merit rank and seat eligibility and cannot be changed after submission.
• Domicile state — confirm whether you qualify for state quota or AIS quota before selecting; this determines your merit list and seat pool.
• JEE Main 2027 scores — verify your NTA score against your official scorecard before entering.
• Mobile number and email ID — all OTPs, allotment alerts, and official communications go to these; they must remain active throughout the REAP process.
• Uploaded documents — preview each file after uploading to confirm it is clear, complete, and in the correct format and size.

If You Discover an Error After Submission

Contact the REAP helpline immediately. In past cycles, CEG Rajasthan operated helplines at 0141-2223051 and 0141-2223052. The 2027 helpline number will be published in the official notification. Contact them as early as possible — manual corrections are handled case by case and are not guaranteed.

Note: Once your REAP 2027 form is submitted, no online correction is possible under any circumstances.
