IGNOU Offers M.A. Sanskrit Program Through Open And Distance Mode
The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has launched a Master's programme in Sanskrit through both open and distance mode.
Considering the ongoing pandemic situation, the programme was launched via webinar through Google Meet and was broadcasted live on the Facebook page of IGNOU.
As per the reports, the academic consultation and support of distinguished scholars in different disciplines of Sanskrit helped in the development and designing of this programme. Students who have pursued graduation in any discipline can take admission in M.A. Sanskrit with the flexibility of doing it through ODL mode.
Vice-Chancellor Nageshar Rao is hopeful that with the collective efforts of everyone, Sanskrit would get the boost needed and would be taken up by students as a preferred choice.
Interested candidates can get registered for M.A. Sanskrit through the IGNOU's admission portal ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in
Meanwhile, IGNOU also launched a podcast series- 'Freedom To Learn', to help students learn while listening to the lectures offered. Check Details Here
