IGNOU Starts off June Term End Examinations 2020 for Final Year Students

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has commenced the June Term End Examinations for final year/semester students of UG, PG, PG Diploma and Certificate Programs, from September 17 to October 16, 2020. The University has successfully completed the first day of TEE in more than 700 examination centres.

The IGNOU term-end exams for first and second-year students will be held in December this year. The Date Sheet is expected to be released by the second week of November.

The first day of TEE on September 17, 2020 abided by all the precaution guidelines issued by the government. Strict social distancing was followed at all the exam centres and proper sanitization was taken care of.

Students who couldn't appear for these exams will also be allowed to appear in December 2020 TEE. The exam fee already paid will not be refunded, instead will be utilized for December 2020 Exams.

The examination was held in two different shifts- 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. As per the reports, close to 3 lakh candidates are expected to appear for IGNOU June TEE 2020. 

Earlier the June TEE exams were scheduled in June, however, due to the COVID-19 outbreak and deteriorating situation the University postponed the exams. The result for IGNOU June Term End Exams 2020 is expected to be declared in the month of October.
