JAC Delhi has released the Round 2 seat allotment result on July 1, 2026. Allotted candidates must complete physical reporting and pay the Rs 1,03,000 acceptance fee at their allotted institute on July 2 and 3, 2026.
The Joint Admission Counselling Delhi has released the JAC Delhi 2026 Round 2 allotment result. The result went live on July 1, 2026 at jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in. Candidates can log in using their JEE Main application number.
Allotted candidates must complete physical reporting on July 2 and 3, 2026. They must also pay the seat acceptance fee of Rs 1,03,000. Reporting will take place at the allotted institute.
The Round 2 result covers seats across five participating universities in Delhi. These include DTU, NSUT, IIIT-Delhi, IGDTUW, and DSEU. Admission is based on JEE Main 2026 scores.

Participating Institutes Under JAC Delhi 2026
Five government-funded universities in Delhi accept admissions through JAC Delhi 2026. Each institute has its own cut-off for each category. Seats include reserved quotas for women and Delhi domicile candidates.

How to Check the JAC Delhi Round 2 Seat Allotment Result?
The allotment letter is available on the candidate login. Follow these steps to view and download it.
- Visit the official portal at jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in.
- Click on the Round 2 seat allotment link.
- Enter your JEE Main application number and password.
- Submit the details to view the allotment.
- Download and print the provisional allotment letter.

Documents Required for Physical Reporting
Candidates must carry both originals and self-attested copies. Missing any document may lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
- Round 2 provisional allotment letter
- JEE Main 2026 scorecard and admit card
- Class 10 mark sheet and passing certificate
- Class 12 mark sheet and passing certificate
- Delhi domicile certificate, where applicable
- Category certificate for OBC, EWS, SC, ST, or PwD
- Proof of Rs 1,03,000 fee payment
- Three recent passport-size photographs
- Valid photo ID such as Aadhaar or PAN

What Are the Freeze, Float and Slide Options?
After allotment, candidates must choose from three options. Each choice decides their status in Round 3.
- Freeze: Accept the current seat and opt out of upgrades.
- Float: Accept the seat but wait for a better institute or branch.
- Slide: Accept the seat but seek a better branch in the same institute.
Candidates who choose Float or Slide stay in the Round 3 pool. Those who choose Freeze exit the counselling with the current seat.
What Happens After Round 2?
JAC Delhi will hold two more allotment rounds after Round 2. Round 3 seat allotment is scheduled for July 7, 2026. Physical reporting for Round 3 will run on July 8 and 9, 2026.
Round 4 allotment is scheduled for July 14, 2026. An upgradation round will follow on July 20 and 21, 2026. Vacant seats after all rounds may go to a spot round.

Missing physical reporting on July 2 or 3 cancels the allotted seat. The Rs 1,03,000 fee is adjusted against the final tuition. Choosing Float or Slide keeps the seat live for Round 3.
