The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations Kerala has opened MDS 2026 counselling registration at cee.kerala.gov.in. NEET MDS 2026 qualifiers can apply online till July 7 2026 for admission to PG dental courses across state colleges.

The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has opened registration for the Kerala Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) 2026 counselling. Candidates can register on the official portal at cee.kerala.gov.in/mdsonline2026. The registration window began on July 2, 2026 and closes on July 7, 2026.
Only candidates who have qualified the NEET MDS 2026 examination are eligible to apply. The CEE will use these applications to conduct the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) for MDS seats in government, self-financing, and private dental colleges across Kerala. An active e-mail ID and mobile number are mandatory to complete the registration.

Who Is Eligible to Apply?
Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from a recognised institution. They must have completed the compulsory rotating internship on or before the cut-off date fixed by the CEE. Registration with the Dental Council of India or a State Dental Council is also required.
Qualifying NEET MDS 2026, conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), is a mandatory requirement. General category candidates must meet the 50th percentile cut-off. SC, ST, and OBC candidates must clear the 40th percentile cut-off.

How to Register for Kerala MDS 2026 Counselling?
The CEE has laid out a five-step registration process for candidates. Each step must be completed within the July 7, 2026 deadline. The steps are:
- Complete new user registration using a valid e-mail ID and mobile number.
- Fill the online application form with personal, academic, and NEET MDS 2026 details.
- Pay the application fee through the online payment gateway.
- Upload the scanned photograph, signature, and required certificates.
- Print the acknowledgement page for future reference.
- Registered candidates can re-enter the portal using their application number and password. Separate links are available for retrieving a forgotten application number or password.

Kerala MDS Seats and Fee Context
The CAP covers government dental colleges, self-financing institutions, and private dental colleges within Kerala. Seats are distributed across State Merit, Service Quota, and management categories as per the prospectus. Candidates should read the official Kerala MDS 2026 prospectus before locking their choices.
In previous admission cycles, the annual MDS tuition fee in Kerala government dental colleges stood at around Rs 45,000. Fees in self-financing and private colleges were significantly higher and varied by category. The exact 2026 fee structure will be confirmed in the prospectus published on the CEE Kerala portal.

The registration window is only six days long. Kerala MDS counselling is the single gateway to state quota PG dental seats. Missing the July 7 deadline shuts out participation in the entire CAP cycle.
