Course Curriculum Overview

the course curriculum is divided into credits and the Btech curriculum consists of 180 credits.the 180 credits must be completed to obtain a degree from the college.The curriculum consists of 8 semesters.The exam structure for each semester is in the form of 2 continuous assessment test,2 digital assignments,1quiz, and at last final exam of semester that is final assessment test

College Events

Gravitas is generally a Technical Event that takes place in VIT. Its duration is generally 4 days which involves many events and workshops. There will also be some pre gravitas events also conducted by various clubs and chapters.Riviera offers an exotic potpourri of music, dance, theatre, sports, comedy replete with our own talented star cast.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Depends on the category we get during the counselling.Higher the category more is the cost of the fee.It also depends the branch you have taken.Each individual arrangement are having settled number of seats with different Fees Structure. There are five unmistakable classes in VIT. Each grouping having particular Fees Structure. All around the Normal Tuition FEES for B.Tech courses student programs offered at VIT University are as category 1=1,78,000/ — category 2= 1,98,000/ —category3=3,00,000/- category4=4,00,000 category5=5,00,000

Fees and Financial Aid

Banks provide loan for all colleges there is no additional benefits there. Just as you apply for VIT it will be easier as it is a reputed college and bank knows they will get ROI.There are vit vellore bank branches such as Indian Bank,city union bank which has vit vellore branches

Campus Life

There are various sports, clubs, chapters and vibrant activities to enable holistic development at VIT. The sport facilities are cricket ground, football, basketball, hockey, badminton, gym all other various sports are provided.The clubs and chapters include Debate Club, Dance Club, Dramatics Club, Photography Club, Google Developers Club, Health and Wellness Club, Culinary Club and much more.

Admission

we need to apply the application for VITEEE and attend the exam after the results are published the ranks will be announced according to ranks obtained there will be a counselling process in the campus in the order of the rank and they will ask about what branch you prefer according to the available seats and campus you prefer that is the counselling process in detail

Placement Experience:

In our University from the starting of Seventh semester we are eligible for campus placements. Campanies like Jubilant food works, Zifo Technologies, Amura Heath Pvt.Ltd, Biocon etc. were some of the companies that visited our campus. Around fifty students got offers from these companies. About 70 percentage of the students got placements successfully. I am planning to pursue a master degree abroad

Likes

Many clubs available from Toastmasters to Campus Life, Our club Toastmasters is one of the peak highlights of our college. We regularly go to corporates to attend meetings of their clubs and network a lot.
Love the Research setup of our college. Has more than 15 COEs present. ABB research centre is the best among them
The bring in a lot of industry professionals every.One or the other event always keeps happening.

Dislikes

Campus is not very huge since it's in the centre of the city but the outside shops make up for this

Likes

The library is really Awesome in every aspect.
The facilities and labs and everything needed for studies is way above the bar. Great university to actually study and research.

Dislikes

No culturals, and if there is some only secular songs
Strict rules (needed, but some are too strict)

Placement Experience:

From the sixth semester the student are eligible for placements and prominent companies such as bicon, lifecell, zoho, Thermofisher, lmt mindtree, jubilant food works, siemens, bioartha and around 2030 offers has been made os of april 2026 for my batch. the percentage of students getting placed is over 95 percent as the rest of the students have opted for higher studies like me. i plan on doing my masters abroad.

In mh college the depa6of placements is very well
In my college the placement training was going for seperate student
They have a lot of celebrations for the student instead of the college days

They have worst infrastructure of college
They Didn't give any leave for the students
The transportation to the college is slightly hard
