Remarks

The college is a very good place to learn and there are a huge number of students from various departments who can be interacting as well as knowledgeable to hold discussion with. I likr The vibe of the college as it is always vibrant.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very much updated according to the needs of the market and there is a very dynamic way in which it is distributed through 6 semesters. The exams are conducted in Continuous internal assessments (cia's ) and end term exams which keeps evaluating us through the entire year.

Placement Experience

The placements of our college are very good and most of the batch gets placed every year and there is a lot of job opportunities available. Internships are available from second year and i am still in first year so i am not an intern now.

College Events

There are events being celebrated throughout the year from various departments and there is ethnic day in which the entire college takes part together. there are also various events being held regularly such as seminars and international conference on various topics which help us better understand the world.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible for me as an MBA from a good college would take around this much amount of money and regarding the infrastructure they have to maintain the courses they have and various types of activities they offer I think it is justfied.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college offers scholarship to various meritorious students and there is a student loan available from bank's and thr college gives papers regarding that to satisfy the loan conditions. It helps a lot of students from underprivileged sections to come forward and take admission.

Campus Life

The college boasts of a huge lush green campus and hoards of extracurricular activities which help students to have fun along with studies. The college has three basketball courts one big football ground and a big ground for cricket events and hosts other sports as well.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facilities are very good and they provide two sharing rooms , three sharing and four sharing and the rooms are pretty big so it makes an ideal place to live in the college at a very nominal charge.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors are very helpful in the college and they let us get through everything that comes in our way be it studies or any other activities they are always there to help and guide us out. Even the alumni is very active through LinkedIn.

Admission

I gave my Mat exam in may this year to apply for good MBA colleges in India and the application to Christ MBA program was still open so i filled it and sent my application for review. Then i got a confirmation email for my entrance test and personal interview which i cleared and got selected for the MBA programme in this college.

Faculty

The faculty of our college is one of the best and well oriented with current industry norms and most of them hold a significant amount of industry experience as well which makes the classes more interactive and interesting.

Life at ISME

Likes

I liked the faculty members as they are very approachable
Mentorship programs, international certifications
The diversity of students in our batch. Students came from all the parts of India.

Dislikes

College is very far from the main city and the airport as well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is very student friendly. We have guest lectures from various industry experts, subject matter experts etc. Our course is more practical based and industry focused. We also have regular exams for continuous monitoring.

Great Learning Experience

Likes

The batch size is small and competitive.
The International Immersion Program at Singapore
Industry Trajectory Program, which includes paid internship opportunities for 6 months months at top companies like Grant Thornton and ITC

Dislikes

The campus is far away from the main city
The 80% attendance in college is mandatory

Placement Experience:

We sit for final placements from our second year whereas other internship opportunities starts from the very beginning, like in our first year we had companies like EY and Deloitte for our Summer Internship Placement (SIP)

ISME PGDM REVIEW

Likes

Facility is very qualified. Faculties from IIM are also there. They are very friendly. They gives us extra support and mentorship after class also
College infrastructure is also good. Full of greenery amd calm environment and location is aldo good.
Placement is also good. And ROI is also good as per the fees.

Dislikes

The schedule is very hectic. And hostel timing is also short for returning.

Placement Experience:

Placements are also there 240+ recruiters come for campus placements. Average package is 8 to 9 lakhs and highest package is 17 lakh. We have Industry trajectory programme with big 4 like Kpmg GT etc

Isme campus life review

Likes

We have good faculties, who are very friendly and approachable
Study matarial is also very helpful, we are getting enough information and learnings we want
Corporate exposure of this college is amazing...we are getting good internships related to our feild

Placement Experience:

240 recruiters come to this college....we have industry trajectory program, placement oriented term, mock interviews, workshops. We have average package of 8pla and highest package is 17 lpa. We have career opportunities cell which prepare you for summer internships and final placement. In ITP students get stipend between 25 to 40k.

Great learning exposure

Likes

Infrastructure, facilities , diversity , good for networking and banglore is a corporate hub so it's getting easy for to experience corporate speakers.
Hostel facilities, food facilities for students for those who are living in hostels.
And how they prepare us for the corporate world .and the faculty ratio in 1 :12 over there so small batch size leads to better concentration on students .

Dislikes

Timings of hostels for food and go back to hostel time

Placement Experience:

So in the isme the placements are 100% there are lots of companies visited for mass hiring and the average package is about between the 8lacs and 9lacs from the 5 semester we are eligible for the campus placement

The College placement is decent which is around 8 lakhs as an average and rest is upon the students how they gather knowledge and perform in interview. The percentage of placement of 95%. The companies visited here are KPMG , Deloitte, EY, TCS, Infosys, Wipro etc.

Overall a good experience

Likes

Faculty is very approachable very helpful
Diversity in culture and small batch size so that everyone gets the opportunity
On campus hostel is very convenient there are 50% girls so it’s save

Dislikes

80% attendance is mandatory very disciplined
Every time you have to wear formals and timing of hostel is very strict

In the isme we all getting the opportunity to interact with companies and in isme we have trimesters so from 5 semesters our placements will start and there are good numbers of companies comes for placements and they offer good amount of packages

An Idea Before you step in about Christ University Central Campus.

Ok so when it comes to BSc Life Sciences as a course I think in Karnataka I guess only 3 educational institutions provide one is Christ University, Mount Carmal College(MCC) and Atria University as of I know . As soon as i got to know I applied and ya I got selected in all three (that was surprising for me too) so I got a chance to choose so I had to do it wisely finacially , reputation , facilites, campus etc I considered so Atria was out of my list even tho it had many plus points just because it was too expansive for me , they charged around 3L per year which was too much when compared MCC and Christ .So now why did I choose Christ over MCC this was simple , Christ is a university and had an option of Honers with research and I also got a schlorship here worth 20,000 and ya they have their way of selection which you can find them on their website and ya it is also clear there so you will not have a problem understanding it....Read More

Christ College Life: A Rollercoaster Full of experience

I chose this college over other law colleges because this provides a good location advantage, and also it has a great reputation, also it provides really good future opportunities. This college also provides better placements than other colleges. Other colleges that were better than this college are national law universities, but I was not able to get admission there because my CLAT rank was not high enough to get admission. Students have to give an exam called CULEE to get admission in Christ, and eligibility is for anyone who has passed class 12th from a recognized board. I chose Christ university over st josephs and Jain. I recieved confirmed admission from all the 3 places but I chose christ because of its placement records, infrastructure and its campus life. College more then a school!

The college is good interms of development of the students as it focuses on the allover development of the students. But when it comes to studies it is very difficult for the students to manage.
