Remarks

Faculties are good. Transportation facilities are good. Infrastructure is not good. Lab Facilities are not good upto the mark. Hostel facilities are also not good upto the fees. Canteen and hostel mess are not hygiene.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Our university's course curriculum is not to tough as other universities. Easy to catch the topics fastly. Oru exams are conducted on every end of the semester as per the university timetable. We need to obtain a minimum mark of 45 for pass mark.

Placement Experience

2

Placements were really not that good for my seniors batch and past seniors batch. Only 10%of the students were placed. And they placed with a non satisfied salary. Most of them were joined for experience.

College Events

2.5

1. College Day A full day college day celebration was conducted in our college on every year with a famous person as chief guest from any field. 2. Sports Day Sports day was also conducted on every day. Our college has a reputed physical education trainer. And the price for sports day winners were given on college day. 3.Department symposium On every year each department is national level symposium. Students from different college were came to participate.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Expensive as compared to other college's infrastructure and other facilities. Our college is good in faculty quality and the infrastructure is not upto that. Fees structure is different for each department and also different for management and counciling students. Am a management student and my fee structure per year is Hostel Fee - 40000/- Tution fee - 40000/- Other fee - 3000/- Total 83000/- per year.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship is providing for OBC,SC,ST students. Scholarship is only provided for all clear students. Every year scholarship are provided. Scholarship amount is credited to their bank accounts. It is very useful for poor students.

Campus Life

2.5

None is good as the management offered at the admission time. College is not supporting for students in extracurricular activities, college is olny focusing on studies. Only for sports students has gone out for competitions.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

Hostel rooms are good every room is accommodated with 3 students. 24 hours purified drinking water is available but cooler is not working. Gym is also provided with few gym accessories. Hostel food is not good.

Alumni/Alumna

No alumni networks are active. Only we get senior students contact from out side Campus. From our staff side also they are not providing any detail about senior students. They are not interested in doing such activities

Admission

While I was looking for a good college for engineering admission I look after all the colleges in Kanyakumari district. And I asked the pass out students about the college's which they studied, the fact is that most of the pass out students suggested DMI Engineering college from their personal experience and they discribed about the infrastructure and faculty qualities and I was satisfied with that and I choose DMI Engineering college.

Faculty

4

Very experienced and well educated faculties are in our college. They are doing their best for making the students future better. They are very helpful in studies and during coaching time. There is no any new method of teaching only following the old method. The staff's and management are providing industry visit on every year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because it covers important subjects related to computer science, programming, databases, networking, and emerging technologies. The combination of theoretical knowledge and practical subjects influenced my decision to choose this course. The curriculum provides a good foundation in technical concepts and programming. However, more practical projects, industry-based training, internships, and real-world applications would help students become better prepared for careers and further studies.
