Hooghly engineering and technology college is a small family. In the college campus all students all teachers all non teaching stafs are as family. The environment of hetc is very nature and green and in our college ha many solar panels for using solar energy.
Course Curriculum Overview
It's a b.tech degree course along with the honours. There have some space for getting more opportunity to get job in future because of this technical course, in this course we have to attend eight semester during four year, each semester duration 6 month. Four internal examination and one semester examination is taken by the university.

Our college's placement record is better than other college. All multinational companies of all corporate sector comes our college for taking freshers employee. Our college organise pool campusing in your college there for others college students get opportunity to make their dreams success. Yes our college provides several internship. Internshala, the biggest platform of internship for all students and pass out students, our college ranked 3rd position in West Bengal and 79th position all over India. If you do those internship with your full effort you can earn 15000 in a month.

Fee Structure And Facilities
It's feasible. In four year we have to pay 3.2 lakhs and each semester around 42 thousands and for the examination we have to pay more 1200 rupees. Otherwise we don't have to pay any extra rupee in our college.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our college help us to getting all government and non government scholarship. Among them swami Vivekananda scholarship is effective, otherwise obc scholarship. And the most effective thing is in all year all department there have 3 students who get a good facilities that is they don't have to pay your tuition fees.
Campus Life
Yes, several activities are organised by our college, the more effective one is tree plantation program. All lab's is so good with updated infrastructure and experienced lab assistant. In our college campus large playground where all types of sports played by the students

Admission
First i ranked in wbjee exam. They i attend councilling for the b.tech and fortunately i get Hooghly engineering and technology college in the third round councilling. Then i followed all the process of councilling and i give the fee's and get admission successfully.
Faculty
Faculty of all departments of hetc(Hooghly engineering and technology college) is very supportive and helpful. The are perfect for all types of students. They give as academic and non academic and as well as job oriented all information positively and the help us to develop our personality and soft skills.
