Entrance Preview

I have written SRM entrance exam and i was qualified for the admission process and they asked me to assemble at srm campus for the procedure. There i had given 3 choices (ECE,CSE,CIVIL)out of which i chose CSE its very great to be a SRM student.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very interesting because they have included almost all subjects. We have also basics for this year(1st years)one subject from every department will be given as a basic subject in 1st year which is very useful. Coming to staff they are almost great staff and they are also very help ful in all ways.

Internships Opportunities

I did my internship in HCL they have offered me 15000rs as a stipend and that was an excellent experience for me. And every point was taught from basics so that there was a scope for us to lear all the concepts.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placement is the best one at SRM because almost everyone of my friends are placed I got 6 companies. Till now many of my friends got 3 companies so according to placement wise SRM is the best one i can tell.

College Events

4.5

There are mainly two event's celebrated in a year one is AARUSSH and the other one is MILAN aaruush is the technofest event and the other one ,milan is cultural event both are celebrated to the greatest extent everyone can enjoy these events by attending.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is little high here.but quality education is prpvied currently 1,75,000 rs is the fees for the Btech students it becomes 3,50,000 rs for the management quota hostel fee will be around 1,00,000 rs for all the categories.

Alumni/Alumna

No comment on senior students because they gave a lot of enhancements for us. They have done a great thing by placing un many companies by which SRM university got a great name.By which we have joined here. So they have done a great job from their side to SRM university.

Exam Structure

Exams are like they will conduct every month there are two cycle tests and model exam and finally semester exam cycle tests are conducted for 50 and converted to 10 marks and model for 100 converted to 20 attendance 5 marks surprise test for 5 marks total

Overall Good

Placement Experience:

In our University from the starting of Seventh semester we are eligible for campus placements. Campanies like Jubilant food works, Zifo Technologies, Amura Heath Pvt.Ltd, Biocon etc. were some of the companies that visited our campus. Around fifty students got offers from these companies. About 70 percentage of the students got placements successfully. I am planning to pursue a master degree abroad

Many clubs available from Toastmasters to Campus Life, Our club Toastmasters is one of the peak highlights of our college. We regularly go to corporates to attend meetings of their clubs and network a lot.
Love the Research setup of our college. Has more than 15 COEs present. ABB research centre is the best among them
The bring in a lot of industry professionals every. One or the other event always keeps happening.

Dislikes

Campus is not very huge since it's in the centre of the city but the outside shops make up for this

Placement Experience:

From the very entry into your third year, you will be eligible to most of the placements. The training provided is very exquisite and some of the trainings start as early as 1st year. 2026 highest package was 55LPA. Many companies like from product companies like Microsoft, Capgemini to service based companies like TCS, INFOSYS etc.. visit our campus for regular placements. About 98% of people placed as far as I have heard.

A Good College Experience with Opportunities for Learning and Growth

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is fairly relevant and comprehensive, covering both theoretical concepts and practical applications. It provides a good foundation for technical knowledge, but including more industry-oriented projects, hands-on training, and updated technologies would make it even better for future career opportunities.
