Remarks
It is really an amazing College. I would recommend this College to everyone, not only because of its reputation but because of its unique courses which is actually helpful for all kinds of students. There is a lot of prospects in this College. Academics as well overall holistic development is taken care of.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course which i have chosen focuses on all the three subjects. Those are the cute subjects. Then only for the first we learn English. And every semester we have to take a compulsory suggest which you have to do outside the department you are in. For eg. if you are in the economics department, you can take a from any other department other than economics. BA in Economics, Political Science and Media Studies comes under the Economics department. We are given the opportunity of both Economics and media. There is no priority or anything. Everything is given equal importance.
Campus Life
Gender ratio, according to me, is quite equal. The only problem is that this College provides in campus hostel facilities to only boys. You can all types of people here. There is a very diverse population.
Admission
The College offered a really unique and a very wide course, different than any other College. In future you can pursue any of the three. The interview process was rigorous about all the three subjects. Though there question was mostly about general though.
Faculty
All the faculty here are very educated and knowledgeable. They are all PHD holders and Doctorates. The only problem is that most of them are from South India so they have that scene which is kind of difficult for the North Indians to understand. But over time we get used to it. Overall all the faculty members are really great, helpful, and good. And also one problem is that they stick to the olden days style teaching methods. And sometimes they treat us as school students and not as College students.
