Chourist according to me is amazing.The students as well teachers are very interactive.

Course Curriculum Overview

The college has a series of continuous assesment thouroughout.The course is trimester driven.The course is very practical driven. Students are always pushed to do better.The course will make you a good and confident speaker.The continuous work will help you to know news regarding to your course and be updated on the following.

The recruitment in chourist for MBA is excellent in terms of ROI.Good companies visit the campus very year and take a good number of students with them.The is usually an aptitude round which is followed by group discussions and finally the interview. Some companies have other rounds.Some companies which visit are ITC,HUL,TCS,IBM,INDUSIND BANK,ICICI BANK.

There are cultural events like ethnic day.While MBA has it's own fest "USHUS" which is a inter college fest where various events are held.There is all year round sports event too.There are CSR activities.There is also BLOSOOM were each student can show cast their respective skill.

The college is feasible.The college has a good ROI compared to the placements. There is a south Indian bank inside the college.All students have a account in the bank and payments are made with the bank. The college online as well as draft payment method.

The campus life in chourist is amazing.There are students from 31 different countries.There is a amazing positive vibe among the students.The canteen offers different cuisine around the country.Thevgreenery of the place is at its peak.Students are extremely friendly.

Hostel Facilities

No.But the hostel has a lot of guidelines.On the other hand lots of PGS are available in and around the area nearby.The PGS averagely charge 10000 for a double sharing room.Independents apartment are also available.

External Expense: More Than Rs.15000

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors of our batch were helpful.There is an ice breaking session between the seniors and juniors,which makes it easier for both the group to know each other.There is as an alumni committee which is very close to the college management.

Admission

First you have to give MAT,CAT or the chourist exam and get a score of 600 plus.Then there are series of interview,group discussion and written English tests.These exams are mostly in February and March.the final results will come out in a week.There is also a extempo round where each student talks about a topic for 2 mins.The topics are allocated randomly. The topics are published on the college website a week before the date.

Faculty

The faculty of chourist hold immense knowledge in their respective field.They have a huge experience in their field.They are very supportive and they will always be appreciative of the work students put in.They bond with the students in personal level.

Great learning exposure

Likes

Infrastructure, facilities , diversity , good for networking and banglore is a corporate hub so it's getting easy for to experience corporate speakers.
Hostel facilities, food facilities for students for those who are living in hostels.
And how they prepare us for the corporate world .and the faculty ratio in 1 :12 over there so small batch size leads to better concentration on students .

Dislikes

Timings of hostels for food and go back to hostel time

Placement Experience:

So in the isme the placements are 100% there are lots of companies visited for mass hiring and the average package is about between the 8lacs and 9lacs from the 5 semester we are eligible for the campus placement

Overall a good experience

Likes

Faculty is very approachable very helpful
Diversity in culture and small batch size so that everyone gets the opportunity
On campus hostel is very convenient there are 50% girls so it’s save

Dislikes

80% attendance is mandatory very disciplined
Every time you have to wear formals and timing of hostel is very strict

In the isme we all getting the opportunity to interact with companies and in isme we have trimesters so from 5 semesters our placements will start and there are good numbers of companies comes for placements and they offer good amount of packages

I like here faculty and there teaching style as well as approaching all students
There is on campus hostel which is helpful
College is like a corporate culture experience

Campus is strict and hostel Life is strict
Campus size is little small and play ground also
Some of the teacher is below par and to fast to teach

Placement is going to happen for everyone by record but there is something that every time some students not get placed my plan is to build skill and learn relevant things and got placed in good company and in a good job

Diversity - We have students from 24 states and gender ratio is equal in all the sections of the batch.
Faculties are very well qualified with a minimum of 10-years industry experience from IIT's & IIM's and also with international exposure.
Security in the campus is very robust which ensures complete safety of the students. Also, there is a separate warden in boys and girls hostel along with 2 security guards.

Dislikes

Discipline - The college is very strict regarding dress code and timings.

Placement Experience:

Last year, around 200+ companies came in our campus for recruitment from various sectors of various industries. Most of the students got converted through PPO's during the 4 to 6 month paid ITP program. Students become eligible for placements after passing all the exams in the third trimester and also after completing their POVAT courses. Top Companies that visited our campus are - Deloitte, KPMG, E&Y, Grant Thornton, Wipro, Dabur, Accenture, and many more. The average package was 9 LPA and the highest package offered was 17 LPA. The placement rate for the PGDM is 98%

My Campus Life.

Likes

It is very simple to find out collages . Thier website is very easy to use.
The campus life was very good i had done fun while i was in campus i have done many social interaction in campus i have done social work, fun and many otherthing.
The Excellent Faculity's Expertise. Teaching Method was very good and I get excellent mentorship quality.

Dislikes

I dont like the leave process of the university
and i dont like thier charging for low atteendence

Course Curriculum Overview:

The special Aspect was to do relevant things in curriculum that i influenced my decision to choose this course. They have preperes us in good manner for real world for compettions as well. The areas they have to improve is on industial visit shound done every 2 month not in 1 year. The teaching Method should be more didital. The Frequency and Timing of exam at 12pm noon . The ecam level is less difificult if you study.

I like the way of teachers teaching the subject
I like the infrastructure in my college and it will be so peaceful for reading the exams reading subjects
I like my academics and extra curriculum activities in my college

Dislikes

I didn't like the management because they have extra amount for revaluation exams
I dislike my college because they didn't organise any facts because they organise it we early once
I didn't like the classes it's felt like kindergarten

Adakara prepare for a real word applications is very interesting because they have shown some industrial drips like that and take our classes to some industry is two think of real world how in real world the problems will like that there organising some events workshops or knowledge

B-School of great choice in Bangalore

Likes

The college is usually focused on creating a transformative experience for the students. The students here get exposed to practical knowledge more than just theoretical knowledge in classes.
All the subjects include projects which is mandatory which makes the students to get real time experiences outside the college by meeting people outside college.
The students also get to work on a tight schedule throughout their MBA which is a great thing, there will always be something to keep us occupied like events, competitions and sessions which gives real world exposure to students

Dislikes

The college is strict in most of the aspects as they maintain high discipline all the time
Hostel closing time is at 9PM, so it's more restriction on students to go out and order food

Placement Experience:

The placements are good. The college has totally 6 semesters and after the 4th semester the students are eligible to attend the placements. The students need a minimum of 4.8/8.00 CGGA to sit in the placements The companies which visit here are - EY, KPMG, Mindsprint, Lowe's, Accenture, Tata Power, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Sabre, Oxane, Well's Fargo. The highest package was from Lowe's and the package was 23.7 LPA and the role was Product manager, it was offered for people from engineering background and with 2 years of experience. The average package here is 10.5LPA and most of the companies come for this range. The percentage of students getting placed is close to 95% as some of them don't clear the eligibility and some don't get placement event with good CGPA. Plans after getting degree is to join work and continue to learn

IIM B has a record of 100 per cent placements both during summer internship placements and final placements. Other than these two there are also lateral placements. Summer internship placements happen in the second semester, and laterals and finals happen in the sixth semester.

Practically 80% of my 2020 batch was given job offer by top recruiting organizations like Amazon, iGate, Accenture, HCL, Infosys, Wipro, DE Shaw & Co. Typically the average package they offered to people was around 3- 4 lakhs and the highest was way up to 10 lakhs. Our College possessed an active location cell that functioned hard to provide recruitment and other job opportunities to us.

An Idea Before you step in about Christ University Central Campus.

Ok so when it comes to BSc Life Sciences as a course I think in Karnataka I guess only 3 educational institutions provide one is Christ University, Mount Carmal College(MCC) and Atria University as of I know . As soon as i got to know I applied and ya I got selected in all three (that was surprising for me too) so I got a chance to choose so I had to do it wisely finacially , reputation , facilites, campus etc I considered so Atria was out of my list even tho it had many plus points just because it was too expansive for me , they charged around 3L per year which was too much when compared MCC and Christ .So now why did I choose Christ over MCC this was simple , Christ is a university and had an option of Honers with research and I also got a schlorship here worth 20,000 and ya they have their way of selection which you can find them on their website and ya it is also clear there so you will not have a problem understanding it....Read More

Christ College Life: A Rollercoaster Full of experience

I chose this college over other law colleges because this provides a good location advantage, and also it has a great reputation, also it provides really good future opportunities. This college also provides better placements than other colleges. Other colleges that were better than this college are national law universities, but I was not able to get admission there because my CLAT rank was not high enough to get admission. The college is good interms of development of the students as it focuses on the allover development of the students. But when it comes to studies it is very difficult for the students to manage.
