Remarks

College management is on the average side. That's not very good. But the whole college experience is good and I am very satisfied that I opted for this college.

Entrance Preview

I am from a Delhi University (DU) college. DU admissions are based on the percentage students have got in 10+2. I opted Rajdhani College as this is a good college for science field.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum in DU is always one of the best when it comes to other universities. It always prepare the students in such a way that they get the proper knowledge of their course.

Internships Opportunities

Internships in my college is not good. We are not provided with lots of internships but DU provide a bit for some students in various fields. And rest students can apply outside the college for the same purpose.

Placement Experience

Placement cell of my college is not very good as I have heard from my seniors but their is a placement cell for all the colleges that are provided by university. The DU placement cell is very good when it comes to opportunity.

College Events

The events are aways one of the best part when it comes to DU colleges. My college is a also very good in celebrating cultural and technical events and fests.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is the best part of my college. Such wuality education at such a low fee is always a dream come true. When it comes to numbers I pay 10k for a year which is very less when it comes to other colleges.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have mot availed any of tje scholarship or the loan facilty. As the fees is very low, most of the people didn't require the loansbut scholarships though are provided on various basis.-

Campus Life

The experience is very good when it comes to my campus life. The extracurricular activities are also good. There is a huge ground for students who want to participate in sports.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is very poor as there is no space provided by my college but as the college is in Rajouri Garden, several places are their where you can just checkout and live their during semesters.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network is not good as the students are mot coming to college after being a passout. But the seniors are a bit attractive when it comes to knowledge.

Exam Structure

The exams are bit on a relaxed side. There is no such hectic situation if you have already attended the class on regular basis. But if you needs to pass out without attending the class, you need to study 1 month to passout.

Faculty

Faculty of my college is good. Teachers are very convincing and moreover most of the faculty are the members of DU. So they know the syllabus and the study material very well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate the course curriculum 8/10. I like the labs specially they are modern with well equiped systems. According to me I suggest to improve the course structure to include more practical based learning instead of theory. Overall course is good.

venky is one of the best college in south campus

ratio of girls to boys is almost equal and students are well behaved
quality of social interaction is good students are cooperative
college societies are helpful for students and provide good guiding

Dislikes

our campus have 30+ dogs which is sometimes harmful for students
there is a language barrier between students and teachers
EVs faculty is very strict and they are not cooperative

The life at SVC

Likes

The fees is quite affordable, giving you a lot of flexibility for other academic programs/ commitments
The college has a great reputation and brand value
The exposure that the college provides in real life

Dislikes

The infrastructure is old and outdated, has a lot of scope for improvement
The administrative work is very slow and includes too much formalities
Low focus on co curricular activities and sports

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements in the 3rd year of their graduation. Various companies offer multiple roles for placements on our campus like Nation With NaMo, Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture etc. and the no. of offers made usually varies between 250-400 depending on the batch. The average package is around 6.5-7 LPA and the highest usually varies from 13-15 LPA L. Usually 50 percent of the students get placed directly from campus and rest usually pursue some other academic programs or even off campus placements.

the location, nearest metro station ie Durgabai Deshmukh South Campus is at a walking distance of 2-5 mins
the crowd, students are quite decent and friendly.
opportunities, in college itself there are so many opportunities for students to explore through college societies

Dislikes

classes are canceled sometimes without any prior notice which creates a hassle for students coming from far away.

Placement Experience:

the placements of sri venkateswara college are quite good. campus placements are offered for third and fourth year students to the best of my knowledge. the average ctc offered was of 6.43 lacs, highest of 13.4 lpa. many great companies like bain and company, bcg, ey, deloitte, pwc, goldman sachs, accenture, rsa offered placements. in total, 70+ companies came and about 115+ students were placed.

Likes

I like the atmosphere in our college. Our college promotes us to think beyond the boundaries.
We have lush green campus in vivek vihar . Our campus is surrounded by parks and we'll managed societies.
The student in our college share a very good mindset . Each student has some unique qualities or the other .

Dislikes

The faculty is not very good here . The teachers don't listen to problems faced by the students .
Our college's online presence is very disturbed. Our college website lags a lot and there are always issues with attendence.
The authorities are not very well managed .

I think that the course curriculum is good and well managed . The curriculum has all necessary subjects related to our course as well as all other necessary subjects like human values and basic ethics. I find our course curriculum is apt for our course . Thought their is a lag for more practical learning and skills. It will be better if they add more practical learning.

The Honest Opinion about Hansraj College

Likes

The College provides great Exposure to everyone.
The Crowd and Societies of the College are always active and energetic.

Dislikes

The whole structure of Admin office is underdeveloped, which utilizes a lot of our precious time.
Many of the College events are ill-organised.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus of Electronics Hons and Electrical Engineering is same but makes it different is how we perceive it. We study the syllabus with theoretical aspects while the engineers with practical aspects. We have a chance to opt for the 4th year, which only comprises of Research. One of the optionals is Generic Elective and if you take GE from same department for all semesters, you will attain a minor degree. The Faculties and whole curriculum is great but the other optionals require improvement. The other optionals only make the Student Life hectic, that stumbles the Student's focus from Course track.

The faculty of this college is highly supportive. It is known for their approachable and helpful nature. They are dedicated to teaching. They create a positive environment for students. They guide the students very well and support them highly.
College has a calm and quiet environment. It is surrounded by greenery. It is located in rural area. It is away from noise of city. It helps students to focus on their studies in a stress-free environment. It provides students a peaceful learning.
College provides a good transportion. It is situated nearby a bus depot. The college has its own bus also. It makes easy for students to travel to and from the college.

Dislikes

Infrastructure of the college is worst. There is lack of proper buildings for classes. The canteen area is also not good. There is lack of complete apparatus in physics and chemistry labs. There are so many issues like broken seats and materials.
The college lacks a dedicated placement. There is limited structure support for students. Students have to secure internships and job offers through their personal efforts.
There is absence of societies and extra curricular activities. While the college has some clubs and events. The college does encourage students to engage in activities.

The things i liked in my college is the teching faculty provided. They have a good experience of teaching with mny research papers which have been published by them.
The second best thing is the college amenities like library and society. You will get every book required for you curriculum in the college library incuding few magzines too. The society will help you to develop other soft skills.
The most important part of college life are webinars where we interact with someone big professional like Dr. H. C. Verma sir who once visited in our college aur big faces too. Sports events, skills webinar, Cultural events makes the overall experien

Dislikes

A little bit old infrastructure can a point that is disliked by us and many students. As everyone wants to be a part of a new and good looking college
Lack of hostel facility in the college campus is a major issue. Specially for those students who are not able to accommodate in the Flats/PG due to thier financial status. But the new building will be available with all the facilities within few year

Placement Experience:

Students of 6th sem are eligible for the campus selection process. Our course also have placement programs. Some companies that visit here are TCS, Wipro and few more the no of offers made depend upon the performance of student in the placement cell. The highest package as per my knowledge is 13 lakhs and the average here is 6 lakhs. Sorry for the inconvenience but I don't have any knowledge regarding the job profile given. The placement percentage changes every year depending upon the respective batch. My planning after the course is either placement otherwise my prime goal CSE.

Rajdhani college , The most honest review until now

I applied to many top colleges in the Delhi University but I was not able to get many of them compared to my marks . I got this college in the second allotment with this course . Some of my friends also gave me some knowledge about this college that this is not a very bad college and is good in the aspects of education and stuff which I feel someabout true . The cutoffs were very high and my marks were not so good in the cuet , making my chances in the much better colleges less . Yes , if the exams were based in language potential skills , I would have surely got a high rated college in English honours . Honest review of my college out there

Nowadays as we know the common entrance test is taken named cuet whose full form is common university entrance test which is taken from the students for the enrollment of themself in a university like delhi university accept cuet scores. Cuet exam is multiple choice questions based exam which sees the students overall concept that would need in the field of knowledge he will willing into . So my college also accepted cuet scores mine is 682 collective of four highest scored subjects. My college cut off gone like 600 for general category while like 300-400 in sc category in third round of allocation of the college. First of all I got admission in rajdhani college , delhi university I know it lies in off campus . I had also applied for soo much good colleges but I got this cause obviously I couldn't clear cutt off marks but my marks were good like it was around 683 but I was not aware about much things it was totally lack of knowledge .
