Awesome Experienece

Overall it was great experience and good exposure.

I had completed my B.Tech(IT) from SRM University. There was an entrance test conducted by SRM university. Entrance exams had questions from physics, chemistry, maths, logical resoning and general knowledge questions. It was good. My ranking was 2243. I got admitted to the main campus. It is really great exposure studying in SRM university.

course curriculum was well planned. I was very much satisfied with it. Though during college life we found few things very awkward but got to know importance now while working in corporate industry.

It was quiet good and full of learning. Gave a clear picture of how people work in corporate world. Learned a lot and was helpful to understand the management of work.

Placement was really good. I got into TCS. TCS that was mass recruiter. There was lot many companies who came for recruitment. Good packages was also offered.

There were various events that were organized.Milan. cultural festAarush. Techical festLot many departmental fest that gave a good understanding of various departments and their importance.

Fees seems to be quiet expensive. But overall good learning atmosphere. One can choose the things as per his/her likings. Incubation center was also there which make the university worth of it.

Scholarship facility as well as loan facility available. If you are good in academics then you can easily get scholarship. I was awarded scholarship for my semesters.

Awesome campus life. Full of enjoyment. You can get chase to meet various famous personalities. During my college time Shreya Ghoshal, Bene Dayal and various other stars came there to give performance.

There were separate mess for north Indians and south Indians. Flavour of food was not that tasty for north Indians as it had a flavour for south dishes.

There is an alumini portal and various alumini meets are conducted. Various groups are made and we get update on what latest is goin on in the University.

Internals included cycle test and model test. Cycle test conducted two times a semester. It included 3-4 chapters per subject. Then a model test conducted which included almost full course. And then Final semester paper for full course.

As far as faculty is concerned, few were extraordinary and few were okey. Faculty there was very cooperative and quiet understanding and helped a lot to answer the questions related to career path.
