The hygiene of the campus was also a reason why i chose LPU. Not only for the infrastructure but Mittal School of Business, LPU ranks 2nd in India as the Best Management School.

For B.Com Honors, The courses keep on changing each semester according to the changes happening For ex. When GST was introduced, Indirect Taxes course was replaced with a new course GST. LPU is pretty fast in terms of up gradation. For practicality, you will be given several chances for industrial visit. Also, you will be given certain assignments which will connect you with real time industry leaders, by making you solve real life corporate case studies, interview with leaders. B.Com Honors comes with CMA course as an Honour elective. Mr. Jasdeep Singh Walia used to teach the specified course. He is an experienced and extremely knowledgeable person. He made such a critical subject really easy to understand for us. In general, all the faculties are experienced and will give you their best. Some are with doctorate and extremely knowledgeable.

Then in the CV round, your CV either gets selected or rejected. Then comes to GD round. The short listed students will then sit for PI.

Recent Internship opportunity from Gaana, Management Intern, 15000 + 10000 incentive. In terms job and placement, Microsoft visited and offered a package of 42 lakhs to one of the students. Management student got placed with a package of 19 lakhs by Sobha Developers. Amazon offers a package of 28 lakhs. Number of companies visited for 2018, 562. Companies like Google, Microsoft, Accenture, Yahoo, Amazon visited in 2019 and gave students their dream packages. Alumni networking is pretty strong.

The events are always a big deal at LPU. Events are always organised at a larger scale. Festivals like Youth Vibe, One India, One World are held here where not only the college students but, outsiders are given a chance to be a part. More than 30,000 people are welcomed every year in these festivals. Workshop from Google was held. Business Conclaves are a great deal for Management students. More than 2500+ students participate in the business conclaves each year where the leading personalities of the industry are called for the sessions.

I have availed a ?20000 scholarship per semester by being among the top 10% students in the LPUNEST entrance exams. It was back then in 2018. The criterias have changed now and the scholarship amount along with the programme fee has increased. Student Loans are available. Scholarship is available on sports quota and also as per your 12th Marks.

All sort of sports facilities are available either indoor or outdoor. Wifis are available in each floor of every academic building and also in every hostel and the university mall. There is one library in each academic block and a Central Library of 5 stairs, where all sort of books are available, from every course. There is a computer lab in the library itself. Air Conditioners are provided in every class and in each library. All the required equipments are provided in the labs, they keep on updating with requirements. There is a big University mall and a university gym as well. A indoor sports compound which consists of another gym, swimming pool, indoor gaming equipments. There is a hospital inside the campus named Uni hospital. The check ups are absolutely free.

Each year hostel prices go up by 5000 approximately. Hostel rooms are available in different categories. 1 seater, 2 seater, 3 seater and 4 seater. You can opt for either Ac or Air Cooled rooms. For Dormitory, Fans and coolers will be provided. For 3 seater AC the fees is ?83000 for 2020. Once I opted for 4 seater AC, the fee was ?68000 for 2018. There is also an option for apartments in the campus. Apartments are a little more expensive. In case, you don?t in the hostel. You can go for PG. PGs are available almost everywhere near the campus. The average rent per year will be around 50000 for PG. Depends on what facilities you look for. You can easily book hostels in the UMS, University Management System is an online portal for the university. You can easily choose your hostel type, mess facility or laundry facility through UMS.
