Remarks

College was good and fine. The building structure and plantation were good to see and lovable. Teaching staffs and other nonteaching staffs were cooperative. The college admission process was very hectic. Students from every belonging area were almost full. The admission was almost full at the time of admission. The students were indulging in admission processes with their required documents, certificates, mark sheet etc. The admission process began in June 2010 and from August 2010 batches started for every course. The college was however good to take admission but somewhat in the classes were broken desks lying and some places of the colleges were not in proper order but it had an almost good experience to be enrolled in it. I choose this college over others because it was nearly close to my home compared to others it was good and environment friendly. I filled the form for getting enrolled in this college which I got from the university after that I got to know about my cutoff from the newspaper.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

I choose this course of physics honors. because I had an interest in it from school time. I got suitable marks to be admitted to this course. And I was happy about that. The student was almost full during the time of admission and it was nearly a 60:40 ratio between boys and girls. The faculty members were all qualified and their teaching method was very good. They took notice of students sometimes and the assignment processes too. The exams were semester type for my course and for the first four semesters was almost easy to pass and secure but for the last two semester was difficult for almost 70% of students. And eventually, most of them didn't succeed.

Placement Experience

1

The campus placement was nearly for every department of the courses and during the fifth and sixth semesters, the students became eligible for the placements. The companies from the electronics and research field were present during placement but students didn't show any keen interest in taking part in it as they were providing very little salary to all. The highest package delivered by them was 10000. Nearly 1-2 % of the student was taking part in the placement. After completion of my degree, there were many chances to get with the job preparing for government jobs or jobs for private banks. If not interested then one can go for further studies and get under the research field or junior or senior scientist posts.

Fees and Financial Aid

College fees were very nominal. For almost everyone to afford. The cost didn't increase it was almost near to constant. The job opportunity was there for every one the company for electric departments and research fields were present during campus but no one was interested in it because of the salary they provided.

Campus Life

4

The annual fest of our college nearly fell in February- March of every year. It was great different celebrities were invited to our college and it was great to attend such fests. The college talent hunt was also organized by the college members during mid-September of every year. The participants were given certificates and prizes for taking part in and winning the competitions. The sports team was selected nearly every year especially for cricket and the college organized cricket tournaments with other colleges' teams. The social pages were run by some students with the name of the college in it on Facebook and different social media platforms and they posted something about the college details and college-related activities in it.

I will rate the course curriculum 8/10. I like the labs specially they are modern with well equiped systems. According to me I suggest to improve the course structure to include more practical based learning instead of theory. Overall course is good.

Placement Experience:

Students of 6th sem are eligible for the campus selection process. Our course also have placement programs. Some companies that visit here are TCS, Wipro and few more the no of offers made depend upon the performance of student in the placement cell. The highest package as per my knowledge is 13 lakhs and the average here is 6 lakhs. Sorry for the inconvenience but I don't have any knowledge regarding the job profile given. The placement percentage changes every year depending upon the respective batch. My planning after the course is either placement otherwise my prime goal CSE.
