College Memories.

I would like to give a 9/10 rating the only thing a few of the off-campus colleges lack is a good canteen apart from this there are a number of facilities for the students like photocopy facility in the college building, banking facility, sports & gym facility.

The admission was based on Class 12th result wherein i scored 89% i opted for LAKSHMI BAI COLLEGE (DU) because its close to my residence & the college faculty is also good.

We used to have a no.of practical exams, there are also regular internal examinations & class test as well. Some new subjects were also introduced in final semester namely International Trade which helped ua gain knowledge about the Int'l atrade Practices. So the overall course curriculum focused both on theoretical as well as practical knowledge.

Yes they do provide internship but it was optional not mandatory i didn't opted for the internship because i joined other short term courses so, i cant review the internship structure.

There is a separate placement cell in our college apart from DU's centralized placement cell many reputed MNCs were there on the panel & large number of students got their dream job through this placement cell only so the job opportunities were high.

In first year there is freshers party to welcome the new admissions & Every year there is Annual fest. Throughout the year a no.of quiz contests, treasure hunts, & vivid activities were conducted. Also in third year there is farewell party for the final students.

Feasible In Delhi University the average annual fee of a particular course is ₹3000-6000 the fee varies from college & course. Infact every college has a branch of bank opened in the college itself which makes it easy for students to deposit the fee.

No i really don't know about the loan facilities being provided. For this one can contact the concerned college for the details.

Campus Life is the most memorable & a never to forget experience. There are fun activities all the year around. Big Celebs comes very often for the promotion of their movies. There are separate colleges for the Girls with additional Police security intra-college & inter-college debates were common. Also there were National & international competitions as well. There are a number of Societies like dance society, drama society, etc Also there are a no.of Students Groups to ensure safety of other students, to maintain peace in the college & to help students who are from outside Delhi to accommodate easily.

Hostel facility is not available in some of the off-campus colleges in the University. But there are private PGs near the college that are affordable & easily available. The avg rental for a pg on no sharing basis is ₹5000 which include all the necessary facilities. The pg is also located at a walking distance of 10 minutes.

Yes the alumni always conducts a number of meetings, workshops, competitions, etc for the students senior students are very helpful also.

We use to have semester system wherein main exams are conducted twice a Academic Year. So in total we had Six Semesters over three years of under graduation period. Also there were Internal Assessments before every Semester. The internal assessment constitutes 25 marks & semester exams were of 75 marks.

The faculty is well experienced particularly that of Economics, Computer, Human Resource Mgt, Financial Mgt, & Accounts. The faculty is always cooperative when it comes to conducting extra lectures when students had some doubts. They are always there to clear our doubts & retake our internal examination & motivate us to score good marks.
