Remarks
Qualified in the JMI entrance exam. But choose BHU over it. No quota. Due to the pandemic, everything was online. Anything above 230 will get you a seat in BHU for Maths BSc. The age limit is 24. The admission process was all online. Through the portal, everything was easygoing.
Course Curriculum Overview
I liked mathematics. Each class has roughly 40 students. Teachers are mostly P.hd level. Terms were of duration 80 days or so. The exam was moderately though. Students who attended all the classes must found the examination a little easy.
Internships Opportunities
There are many internship chances for many students who are interested in it. Stipend depends on that. Every department has their own number of companies searching for interns. The role varies over the average.
Placement Experience
Placements are there in different departments. Average salary must be mentioned on the online website and so is the percentage of students getting placed. Many companies visit BHU every year.
Fees and Financial Aid
BHU is known for its cheap and one of the best knowledge gaining grounds. There are many opportunities for Schorlship too, from UP Govt. and BHU itself. In general, it will cost you around 3000rs. Fees get even lower for others.
Campus Life
Haven't been to college yet due to pandemic, but from seniors one thing I know that it will be pretty awesome. BHU is a paradise for students. There are a bunch of sports and extracurricular activities to choose from. Fests are normal things in BHU. Happens all the time.
Interview Experience
The test asked me PMC with general aptitude. Ncert and some tutor guidance will easily make you pass the exams. The admission process is no tacky place but then even if you get any problem the helpline is always active. Plus you get several phone numbers on the call letter.
Other Applied Colleges
AMU, JMI, DU | B. Sc. Hons. Mathematics
BHU felt like more prestigious and superior than the other choices
