Remarks
Placements are quite nice compared to the college fees. In B.Tech in CS branch, the placement rate is approximately 93%-98%, while in ECE, it is approximately 85%-90%. In electrical and mechanical, the placement rate is approximately 50%-60%, while in civil, the placement rate is approximately 45%-55%. Overall, the average salary package offered is around 4 LPA-5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered in the CS branch in 2020 was 41 LPA. I think you should not decide to choose a college only on the basis of placements, but also you should check other things such as faculty members, facilities, opportunities, sports, college life, etc.
Course Curriculum Overview
As it is a government college, the infrastructure is quite nice. The auditorium in FET (Faculty of Engineering and Technology) is very nice. The library is also good, and thousands of books are available in the central library and engineering library. The canteen is also good, and the food served in it is also very less expensive. Our college is very good at sports and games and has a very good sports complex.
Fees and Financial Aid
Moma,Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Scholarship - Under this scheme gross fee charged by the university will be reimbursed to the student subject to the maximum limit of Rs. 10,000 per student per annum. Candidates whose family incomes is less than INR 2 LPA, who have passed 10+2 or completed graduation from a recognized university are eligible for the scholarship.
Campus Life
CSI-JMI in collabaration with EEMC organized a workshop on the topic of "Business Analytics". Participants were given certificates from Victoria University, Australia. The instructor for the workshop was Dr. Vipul Patel who works as an Assistant Professor in Victoria University, Australia. Thank you everyone who had participated in the workshop. We hope to have your presence in workshops conducted in the future too
