I had only given UPSEE, and this college was taking admissions based on UPSEE and was near to my house, Hence I choose it. No, I didn't avail any quota. This is master of technology, one has to necessary give GATE examination and admissions is based on the marks scored. It's quite low, so there is nothing to worry about. The college works very smoothly, there is a predefined set of rules for every process. So there is no issue on the day of councelling
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose M.tech (dual) in Electrical engineering with a specialization in power and automation. Since my B.tech degree is based on Electrical engineering , M.tech was a good option for me. Faculty: Student ratio is about 1:14 , there's less connect of professor with students , However They try their best to explain their field in an interactive and illustrative manner. Most of profs are PHD and hold deep knowledge of their field.Paper were proctored with AI and paper were of modeate level
Placement Experience
Students can sit in placement from the 8th semester. Tier 1 companies like HSBC,samsung,LT , Infosys come every year to place students. Majourity of students get placed .In Y18-19 , 850+ students bagged placements . Highest pckage was of INR 8.7 Lakhs by infosys. Ratio of students placed is nearly 70% .
Fees and Financial Aid
NO, certain uniformity in fee high policy , However it increases every 2-4 years. The college is affordable in comparision to other private engineering colleges. There are some scholarships for academic toppers . But No on campus job is offered. One can find an internship easily outside.
Campus Life
Taal, is the official fest of the college , inviting crowd from Delhi-NCR. Library is average covering all types of books and journals . The material is more than sufficient to pass the examination. Classrooms are eqipped with AC, projectors and smart classes to make learning and understanding the concepts easily.. College has cricket ground , badminton court and a basketball court with indoor games . There are majourly dramatics club , music and dance club . These are run by the student body itself.
Hostel Facilities
The room is equipped with AC, fan, bed, chair, and a study table along with an attached restroom. The meal is served of above-average quality. It covers a wide variety of vegetables. Also, junk food is provided occasionally in snacks and breakfast. NO non-veg is provided. All hostels are located within the campus area.
