Ranked 60 out of 119 MBA Top Private Colleges in India. And one of my senior also got admission in this university that made me search about it online. Reading about it facinated me to fill the online form. I was asked to submit 12th marksheet scoring 68%. The university also takes its entrance examination named CMRUAT. After clearing the exam I got the admission.
Course Curriculum Overview
Program offers electives in the fields of Marketing, Finance, Operations & IT, Economics and Human Resource Management. Specializations offered are Economics, Strategy & Business, Marketing,OB & HR (Organizational Behaviour & Human Resource Management),Finance,Information Systems & Operations Management. More than 2,500 teaching and non-teaching staff. It offers a number of life skills training to the students, teaching, non-teaching staff and others who are actively involved in contributing to the growth and success of this group of institutes. The faculty members of this university are highly experienced, very helpful and friendly. Most of them are PhDs and all of them are ready to clear students?Ûª doubts round the clock.
Internships Opportunities
I got a good exposure to work and learn how the industry works with the help of internships. Our teachers are very helpful and supportive regarding internships.Yes, summer internships are offered at this college. My faculty right from the first semester took us for plenty of visits to various hotels as well as to a food truck factory. We have completed a month-long two internships during this semester.
Placement Experience
The placement cell at CMR University offers a systematic process of meeting the students as well as the organisations expectations by functioning as a bridge between students and industries. The placement process starts by uploading the profile of the student on the placement portal. In addition to placing all its students, trainings for soft skills, experiential learning and other industry-specific learnings are also offered to the students to make them capable of competing in the corporate world.
Fee Structure And Facilities
My course was of 3 years for which I paid total fees around 3,00,000. Every year, I paid approximately 1,00,000 each. I didn't get the scholarship but I got the financial aid help that helped me pay my fees.
Campus Life
The college held numerous events to ensure that, students dont get bored studying. Fests are organised in a grand manner with different events taking place. The college manages with scholarships for different caste, sports, merit etc.
Hostel Facilities
Starting from the infrastructure it is a pleasure to the eyes, course wise and the decency in teaching is really good. Coming-up to the internet connection (Wi-Fi) is good too, labs library etc. are maintained at their best. The college hostel is at its best with clean and maintained living rooms for the students with healthy and nutritious food. Sports play a major role in the college as, under different games the college has secured good results.
