SUMMER INTERNSHIP PLACEMENTS

Eligibility criteria: 93%ile +. Important dates: CAT website. The campus is good, though every student can not be accommodated in the campus hostel so the college has two more hostels out of the campus one 1.5 km away and the other 5-6 km away with all the necessary facilities. A new campus (permanent) will be built soon.

It gives an MBA degree instead of PGDM. The permanent faculty to student ratio is low but there are good external faculties from reputed colleges like IIM Ranchi, SPjain, IIT Roorkee to name a few. there is a trimester system so every 1.5 months you will have exams midterm and end term.

The SIP process is a little bit difficult as the batch size is more. But most of the batch gets placement through campus in SIP. roles that companies offer are also good but marketing companies visit more in SIP. Roles offered are Product manager, strategy manager, market research, business development, supply chain manager, equity research, etc. The average stipend hovers around 30k per month.

The placement scenario is getting better every year. The average salary is around 11.5 lacs. College provides support for the placement. Also, the placement committee is very transparent and helpful. Companies are offering profiles in operation, supply chain, marketing and data analytics. Finance companies are very few till now. If you are good you will be placed. Around 95% of the batch gets placement from the campus. Others are entrepreneurs or have already jobs.

Fees are comparatively low. Also if we consider ROI then it's good. Total fees including hostel fees it's less than 12 lacs. There are some scholarships for reserved seats. Also, there is a merit scholarship.

The annual fear is named Sierra which is around February. The campus has both outdoor and indoor games facilities. There is a total of 23 clubs and committees. Also, the social media presence is on all the pages like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.

There are different accommodations. On campus, the hostel has a single room with double sharing for boys and girls. The outside hostel is like a 2 BHK flat with triple sharing. Also, the mess is there in all the hostels. Meals are good in the mess. Also, there is a 24*7 canteen.
