Remarks

I have a lot of interest in resarch in aerospace. And the IISER Mohali is one of the best college in India in the area of research. This institution have a very highly moder, classified labs. And all the professor are the active scientist which is only available in ths college in India.

Course Curriculum Overview

Internships Opportunities

I am the first year student and due to covid I can't able to do any internship this year. But almost all the students gets internships evry year.About 40%students got their internships in foreign universities

Placement Experience

This is a research based institute so all the students opted PhD after completing their courses.so there is no need to any company. But many persons who have decided to not to go for PhD can go for the r&d for attractive package

College Events

There are alot of clubs and cultural activities happens in our college.Insomnia is our annual cultural fest. One thing is very important in our campus is that,we have co- ed hostels.so you can thik that how astudent feel.

Fees and Financial Aid

Inspire Scholarship and loan is also available within the campus. There is a bank inside a campus so you can get a loan very easily.

Campus Life

This is the thing which can attract any Student.Iiser has a well define campus with whole scientific facilities like labs, libraries, hostels and all.you can see the Shivalik range from your balcony of room.

My Experince at Chandigarh University: Campus Life, Learning and Growth

Likes

The campus is beautiful, spacious, and offers good infrastructure with modern facilities.
The university provides good exposure to technical courses, eventrs , clubs, and extracurricular activities.
The campus has good labs, a library, and facilities that support students academic development.

Dislikes

The fees are high and losing a scholarship due to cgpa requirements can create a significant financial burden.
More personalized mentorship and regular career guidance sessions would help student prepare for their future carees.
more internship opportunities would further improve students professional growth.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the CSE curriculum covers relevant subjects and provides a good foundation programming and computer science. It prepares students for futher studies and careers, through more industry-based projects and practical learning would be bemigficial. Exams include MSTs and ESTs, with a manageable difficulty level through regi;ar preparation.

University life

Likes

The infrastructure and faculty is very good. The university campus is very big containing different departments with the well qualified teachers. The teaching methods are very good and we can approach easily to the management for our queries.
The discipline is very well in the university campus. The proper follow up of rules and regulations is there in the campus. The rules regarding ragging are very strict and nobody will be forgive if caught in such offences.
The placement rate of the university is quite well in each and every department whether it is biosciences or engineering or any other department. The university ensures that each and every deserving student should get placement.

Dislikes

The first thing I dislike about university is the students are not allowed to use lifts because for some departments the classes takes place on top floors and it is very difficult for students to climb those floors multiple times.
The other thing I dislike is the problem of traffic outside the main campus gate in morning mad evening time. It take lot of time to get out of that traffic and it ultimately makes students late for their classes.
The last thing I dislike is there is no free transportation services for students inside campus because the size of university is very big and to go from one point to other the students have to walk a lot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course offers theoretical as well as practical knowledge It prepare me very well for outside life and obstacles that I will face in outside world I think individual students must be asked for learning There is no such difficulty level
