Remarks
The admission process is easy. You only need to give an exam called Srmjee with a registration fee of 1100. Before the covid, the exam was conducted in most of the big cities and during the covid period, it was done online. Course Curriculum Overview
The course which I opted for was Btech in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering. The course faculty are very good and their teaching experience is also among the best. Well, a Qualified professor teaches the subjects and makes the concepts easy to grasp.
Internships Opportunities
The college also provides good internship opportunities to its students with most of the tech companies visiting for recruitment. It has also a record of the highest number of companies in a single day The package offered is good with an average package of around 6 lakhs per annum.
Fees and Financial Aid
The Fees for Btech in Csc is 3.5 Lakhs per annum and the students who secure ranks under 1000 are also eligible for the scholarships but for them to continue the scholarships they need to constantly perform well in the semester exams.
Campus Life
Aarush is the annual fest conducted each year in Srm and along with Aarush we also have Milan. The environment is very pleasing during these fests and students enjoy it a lot during these fests. The library is huge and contains a ton of books on all the departments.
Hostel Facilities
Srm also provides a good hostel facility for the students with separate hostels for the Boys and the Girls It even has a 3-star hotel for the Foreign students with awesome facilities. The meal is good with the option for both north and south Indian foods and veg as well as nonveg.
