Remarks
I applied through MAT with 89 percentile. There was another entrance exam called WAT which was Globsyn's own entrance. Following that, there were GD and PI. The application form can be found in www.globsyn.edu.in.
Course Curriculum Overview
There are two course PGDM and PGPM-IB. PGDM is AICTE approved and PGPM-IB is with collaboration with Malaysian University. I opted for PGDM after my owner research. Due to Covid-19 we had only online class but the transition from offline to online was smooth with proper infrastructure. Faculties are mostly Ph.D. qualified with ample industry experience. Exams were timely with gradation system.
Internships Opportunities
Intership interviews started in the stipulated time. I got the internship opportunity in the very first company which visited i.e. ITC Limited. It was a field internship. The project was regarding the change in consumer behavior in Covid-19. It was a wonderful experience.
Placement Experience
After the Summer Internship Program in 2nd semester, the campusing process gradually starts during the month of September. Around 80+ companies have visited and almost 180+ students were placed. The average package was around 5 lpa.
Fees and Financial Aid
No hike during the course was experienced. No scholarships was received me; but as per my knowledge there are some scholarships which are given by the college as per the merit and the interview process.
Campus Life
I took admission during the Covid-19, So we completed our course totally online. We did not experience any campus life unfortunately; but the transition to online mode was smooth. All the cultural activities, presentations etc. were done through online.
Interview Experience
Yes, there were three rounds in total. First was the WAT test, which is Globsyn's own admission aptitude test. Then we were asked to go for GD. we were total five people. After the GD round, then we had to sit for the Interview. I prepared myself for these rounds.
