I choose this course because I had so much interest in computer science from my school days. Faculty: student ratio is 1:2. Most of the Faculty are Ph.D. holders. One Cycle Test every Month, an overall 3 Cycle Test, and a Semester Exam.

There are so many companies come to offer internships like DE.SHAW, Fractal, etc., and stipend varies according to companies. Like from 30k to 1.5 lac. As I am in my third year so I don't know this.

From the 5th semester, we are eligible for pre-placement that is internship placements, and from the 7th semester, we are eligible for placements. There are a lot of companies that offer a total of more than 2k offers. That detail I don't know because I am in my third year. Placement is almost 100% excluding the Higher Studies students.

There is no Fee hike Policy, and the cost of the study is around 14lac for 4 years. There are four types of scholarship, based on academics, based on family income, based on your school board performance, based on NGOs.

There are two fests Aarush and Milan, which are conducted in alternate years. The library is so big and so many books are available. You have fans, AC, proper ventilation, a projector, whiteboard, green board, and also charging sockets in the seat in classrooms. They have a big football and cricket ground also have a separate hockey ground and basketball court, a lawn tennis court, and badminton court, and an indoor game area also. There are so many clubs here like DAA, DSC, DSA, Coding Ninjas, GCC, Alexa devSRM, etc.

You will get a Table, chair, cot, fan, and light in the room, and in the hostel, you will get a geezer for bathing and a geezer for drinking water, and also a water cooler. Meal and menu are worst for North Indian students, when you will come with your parents at that time you will get the best food and after that, you will get the worst food only. There is a total of 4 hostels for the first years. 8 hostels for 2,3,4 year boys and 4-5 hostels for girls. And you will get a portal for booking hostels. The locality is good and Friendly for renting a room or PG.
