Remarks

Admission process was effortless, the faculty there took care of it Kcet/JEE/Comedk entrance exams can be taken to join Be Aerospace in ACS,the cutoff would be around 35k-50k This college has the best lab facilities for this branch and also has a flight simulator (First for a college under VTU)

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is the hardest in all engineering The curriculum is made sure that all the topics are covered The faculty are well educated in the core subjects of the branch Term exams are conducted often ,A sem consists of three term exams

Many companies provide internship opportunities to all students, it provides great learning experience for the students There are workshops conducted and also projects from the internship are made with the experience

In the year 2016-17, there were total 62 companies visited the campus for placement. Total 561 students were placed in reputed companies with good salary package while 43 students selected for internship. The highest salary package was INR 18.37 LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for a cet student is around 94650 per year and management fee is around 150000per year Accordingly for the fee the college is well equipped and all the labs in the curriculum is present in the college College also provides information to students about various scholarships for the students to apply and get benefitted from it

The college enabled sports facility for the all-over development of students. Therefore, celebrates annual sports meet every year. It comprises of 2 Cricket field 1 Throw ball court 1 Football field 1 Volleyball court 1 Basketball Court

A great place for learning and career growth

Placement Experience:

Excellent placement training and reputed companies visit the campus. I had received offers from three companies which reflects the quality of opportunities available. Placement is one of the college's biggest strength. Student with no backlog and good academic records will get easily placed.

My life at CMR - University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The aspects like: we had 2 internal exams in the semester and after completing these internal exams roughly at the 5th month we had practical exam + end semester exams, these exams would be mainly theory based inclusing some conceptual based questions & based on our understanding only, we can able to write the answers. One thing, I would suggest was we shall give more weightage to the practical based learning, that too during our days we were just the beginning of AI & Iot era was effectively going on, if we had some advanced eductaion covering these aspects we would have got the opportunity to shine more in our carrers. As a student, we faced slight diffuclities and challenges matching the real-life happenings with the acdemics, that would be one of the shortcoming I can say.

My campus life so far

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the curriculum is well planned, balanced and easy to follow. We start with the basics and along with theory there's a good amount of coding practice, assignments, and hands on learning. I like that the course isn't just about passing exams, it also focuses on building skills that will be useful later for internships and placements. So far it feels relevant, practical and not overwhelming for someone who's just starting out.

One of the best colleges or universities for B Tech and pocket friendly

Placement Experience:

The College was there for more than 10 years , but there was only Post graduate courses available , like M-tech , Msc , etc. The College for B-tech has started just before 2 years , there are no batches which has been output till now. The students are also waiting to see the batches to get output and see the placements taking place. As a student I am also eager about the campus placements.
