SRM provides various opportunities and clubs...
Also provides good exposure and healthy food
Provides placements and higher studies in abroad

Dislikes

SRM timetable will be hectic which most students don't like
Pressure on students is much high and need to finish pile of assignments on time
Delas will more and more projects and assignments

Course Curriculum Overview

As the future depends on technology soo i opted for CSE as my first preference For every 100 students, there will be 10 faculties as such The majority of the faculties are PhD and well-trained professionals. It's easy but needs to brainstorming to crack

Class Size: 57Course Fees: INR 350000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There is a pile of opportunities related to placements and internships which offers PPO and PPI along with a Good salary/package... Mostly 90% of students get placed and the rest 10% will be going for higher studies and business.

Placement Experience

Placement in SRM starts from 3rd semester but most students won't show interest as they will be fully interested in upskilling. Companies like Barclays, Wipro, cognizant, Incedo etc, provide a variety of offers with a PPO or PPI... students' placement percentage is 90% and the rest 10% will go with higher studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

Every student needs to spend at least 3 lakhs to study in SRM and it can range up to 10 lakhs. There are many scholarships based on your mains percentile, disability, and SRMJEE merit scholarship. I got an offer from incedo with a package of 1000000 and initially, they gave internship with a stipend of 50000

Campus Life

There are national-level tests like Milan and aarush conducted across all the campuses of SRM. And SRM has Asia's second-largest library and Auditorium which have fit a capacity of 10000. Also, there are many clubs and sprouts events to participate and prices will be allocated based on your performance

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is divided into 4 categories like a/c, non a/c, nri, and high-tech where starting prices are 150000 and up to a maximum of 500000. The food is too good and they make a variety of recipes such as Italian, Mexican, Japanese etc., Registration process related to hostels will be given on the official website itself...

Hostel Fee: INR 125000 per year

Admission

You need to crack SRMJEE and based on your rank you will be shortlisted for the further process... You will file the application on the official website of SRM which is www.srmist.edu.in Even though there are reservation benefits but you will find those details in the website itself

Placement Experience:

In our University from the starting of Seventh semester we are eligible for campus placements. Campanies like Jubilant food works, Zifo Technologies, Amura Heath Pvt.Ltd, Biocon etc. were some of the companies that visited our campus. Around fifty students got offers from these companies. About 70 percentage of the students got placements successfully. I am planning to pursue a master degree abroad

Likes

Many clubs available from Toastmasters to Campus Life, Our club Toastmasters is one of the peak highlights of our college. We regularly go to corporates to attend meetings of their clubs and network a lot.
Love the Research setup of our college. Has more than 15 COEs present. ABB research centre is the best among them
The bring in a lot of industry professionals every.One or the other event always keeps happening.

Dislikes

Campus is not very huge since it's in the centre of the city but the outside shops make up for this

The library is really Awesome in every aspect.
The facilities and labs and everything needed for studies is way above the bar. Great university to actually study and research.

Dislikes

No culturals, and if there is some only secular songs
Strict rules (needed, but some are too strict)

Placement Experience:

From the sixth semester the student are eligible for placements and prominent companies such as bicon, lifecell, zoho, Thermofisher, lmt mindtree, jubilant food works, siemens, bioartha and around 2030 offers has been made os of april 2026 for my batch. the percentage of students getting placed is over 95 percent as the rest of the students have opted for higher studies like me. i plan on doing my masters abroad.

In mh college the depa6of placements is very well
In my college the placement training was going for seperate student
They have a lot of celebrations for the student instead of the college days

They have worst infrastructure of college
They Didn't give any leave for the students
The transportation to the college is slightly hard

Paramedicals pros and cons

Colleges which I have applied for was Sree Ramachandra institute in tamil nadu, MGR University IISER But I only got confirmed admission from SRM by writing a medical entrance exam. The reason why I chose this course was because my family friend also joined here for architecture and she said the placements are top notch and it provides multiple opportunities abroad I got rejection from IISER because I failed in entrance exam.
