Journey from CAT to IIM Sirmaur

MBA Curriculum is designed to incorporate professional and leadership skills required in the corporate, in IIM we have a rigourous curriculum where in 1st yr we get to know about the basic understanding of all the domains finance marketing HR operations strategy etc, in 2nd yr, we get to select electives on our own choices.

There were good opportunities for internships many roles were offered and a decent stipend. it mostly depends on our skills and the eligibility criteria of the companies, otherwise, placements are decent at IIM Sirmaur

we have good placement, decent summer internship options are there as well as final placements are also decent. This year's placements were good and it's constantly growing into a good ranking in terms of placements and packages

The fee structure is like other IIMs which is between 14-16 lakhs for two years in which everything is included other than the mess facility, coming to financial assistance there are some scholarships on a merit basis, majorly students take education loans which we get very easily without any security.

As our Campus is in Himachal Pradesh, so I don't need to describe the beautiful places there, weekends or holidays are sorted for us always. coming to campus life we have a great diversity as students are from north south east west and from central India, so you will get to meet a lot of cultures and different experiences, we have a lot of clubs and committees as IIM Sirmaur is a student-driven campus, we practically learn major managerial skills through it, by organising events, handling social media pages, from accommodation and admission of students to placement everything is managed by students and on the backhand faculties and management works. also, we have our annual fest called SIERRA, then we have our TEDx IIM Sirmaur. overall we can say that our campus life is vibrant and full of experiences where we have fun parties and lots of studies

For admission, one must Qualify CAT. Filling out the admission form if qualifies with personal, and academic details, Work ex, and other qualifications Shortlisting for the PI round is a personal interview, this round is to access your communication skills, your personality and your suitability lastly, final selection, where you get a provisional offer letter and other details about the program
