Campus looks really beautiful structures and the buildings and the transportation etc a good.
Some faculties are outstanding they give the 100% effort on the student
Transportation systems are really good and easier

Dislikes

The admission process is little bit tangi as one can easily get into the abbreviation in the college

Course Curriculum Overview

I had always one option in my mind and that is mechanical engineering as my father and my brother are both from mechanical backgrounds so I always had thought of Mechanical engineering only. Other than that I also have some interesting cars in the making of the cars put me somewhere in the mechanical engineering

Internships Opportunities

Internships I was given by ma'am of the companies like TCS and Toyota Mahindra etc as quality inspection skill setting goals, nptel Workjobs. Internships given are really very useful and beneficial for a student out there

Placement Experience

Placements are actually good but the majority of them take the like TCS and all the majority of the students there. Other than that in my own domain, there are good companies coming we are giving around 20 lakh packages the highest packages record in mechanical engineering is 20 around 20 lakh

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes as it is a private organization little bit higher with respect to the average placement but other than that the faculties and the campus look beautiful. The campus is the main highlight of the SRM Institute.

Yes, actually there are many clothes whatever the curriculum activities there are all of them have their own separate gloves and their own separate rooms and it has a great opportunity to get to those loves and all etc.

Admission

It was the online entrance. The application form can be found on Google. it has some management seats. the management reservation makes the admission process lag in the college as it's very easy to get a seat through the admission process.

Placement Experience:

In our University from the starting of Seventh semester we are eligible for campus placements. Campanies like Jubilant food works, Zifo Technologies, Amura Heath Pvt.Ltd, Biocon etc. were some of the companies that visited our campus. Around fifty students got offers from these companies. About 70 percentage of the students got placements successfully. I am planning to pursue a master degree abroad

Many clubs available from Toastmasters to Campus Life, Our club Toastmasters is one of the peak highlights of our college. We regularly go to corporates to attend meetings of their clubs and network a lot.
Love the Research setup of our college. Has more than 15 COEs present. ABB research centre is the best among them
The bring in a lot of industry professionals every.One or the other event always keeps happening.

Dislikes

Campus is not very huge since it's in the centre of the city but the outside shops make up for this

Placement Experience:

From the very entry into your third year, you will be eligible to most of the placements. The training provided is very exquisite and some of the trainings start as early as 1st year. 2026 highest package was 55LPA. Many companies like from product companies like Microsoft, Capgemini to service based companies like TCS, INFOSYS etc.. visit our campus for regular placements. About 98% of people placed as far as I have heard.

The library is really Awesome in every aspect.
The facilities and labs and everything needed for studies is way above the bar. Great university to actually study and research.

Dislikes

No culturals, and if there is some only secular songs
Strict rules (needed, but some are too strict)

From the sixth semester the student are eligible for placements and prominent companies such as bicon, lifecell, zoho, Thermofisher, lmt mindtree, jubilant food works, siemens, bioartha and around 2030 offers has been made os of april 2026 for my batch. the percentage of students getting placed is over 95 percent as the rest of the students have opted for higher studies like me. i plan on doing my masters abroad.

Paramedicals pros and cons

Colleges which I have applied for was Sree Ramachandra institute in tamil nadu, MGR University IISER But I only got confirmed admission from SRM by writing a medical entrance exam.
