Harsh Reality at Institute

The course curriculum is good. the first year is the same for all the students. I think improvement can be done from the first year. For example, those students who want to do their major in market or finance, management should assign respective courses from the first year itself so that students can have brief knowledge about their respective field from the start

The placements are okiesh, but not satisfactory. the director should not allow an employer whose budget is less than 14lakhs. This way we can maintain our standard. As it is IIM so definitely there will be 100% placement

The fee structure is divided into 6 instalments students have to pay the fees before starting the term. A loan facility is also available on the campus site. the scholarship is available for reserved students with higher CAT percentile.

Campus life at IIM Sirmaur is worst for boys and good for girls. the distance between the campus and Kailash hotel is 6.5 km so the boys had to travel this distance in order to reach the campus. It's the only worst thing because boys don't get a chance to live campus life

The eligibility criterion is graduation. I have completed my B.E. from Mumbai University with first class. I found this application form online and through friends. I did not have any reservation benefits.

I faced an interview when I qualify the minimum CAT criteria. and when I applied I faced group discussions as well as interview. written test was CAT only. no other written exam
