- Hostel infrastructure are poor in my view. BHU authority should look into that matter soon.

Course Curriculum Overview
I was in Bsc. Psychology Hons course at BHU. After getting a call letter from BHU, you have to go to the University in person for document verification. There you will get the opportunity to fill in your preference of subject combination and subject of Honours. But we will get a combination according to your All-India rank. I was lucky enough to get my preferred combination which was Psychology (Hons) with Zoology and Chemistry. I chose this as my first preference because I always wanted to study the human brain since my childhood. The professors were highly qualified and really helpful. They were always ready to help us but at the same time, they were punctual enough in case of academic chores. There were almost 5-6 professors for every subject in our college. Examinations were always held on time and results were also published on time. In my personal opinion, the copies were checked properly thus one can get the marks he or she deserves.
Fees and Financial Aid
Actually, I do not belong to an economically weaker section. So I don't think that I am the best person to answer the question. But yes one can easily get a student loan to study in BHU if he or she needs it. But according to me the students who cleared the entrance by merit and get a good rank really can pursue their studies with just around Rs. 2200-2300 per year. It was our fees. There can be some changes in the fee structure nowadays.
Campus Life
As you know BHU provides all the courses in a single large campus. So there were lots of liabilities to students like we can enjoy our own fest as well as the other department fests. I was in Mahila Mahavidyalaya,BHU. We had our own fest named "Manthan", which was conducted in the month of January. It includes so many competitions and fun. We used to attend "Kashiyatra", a fest organised by IIT, BHU. Overall those were really joyous days. The classrooms are well furnished but the floors are normal. Only a few classes have tiles on the floor. No AC in the classroom but overall classrooms are very airy and good for studies. But BHU has hifi lecture theatre complexes for special classes and seminars. Those are like you see in a movie for sure. We had a college library which itself was sufficient to provide any course-related books or journals but we had a central library also which was built for every department.
Admission
When I applied for BHU, there was no CUET examination rather we had to apply separately for the Universities we want to study, BHU also had an All India Entrance Examination then. The application form was available on the official website of BHU. I applied for BSc. in bio group so I gave the entrance test in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. But now you can apply to more than one University in just a single application form available at CUET's official site, generally, they are out in the month of Feb-Mar every year. I think this new aspect of taking one examination for all central Universities is beneficial because we don't have to remember all the dates of entrance exams by different universities and also can save precious time by giving just one examination on a particular day.
