I like the ambience, Library, faculties, infrastructure, etc of my university.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I'm interested in Computers & Technology. There are approx 60-70 for 1 faculty. All the facilities are experienced & at least have Ph. D. There is always a test months, after the completion of 2 units. So, there are 5 units, 2 tests, and 1 end-term examination in one semester.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 215000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are many companies that offered internships with stipends as well as only for training purposes. They provide projects so the experienced and skill of students can be enhanced. Intership is mandatory for 2nd last semester.

Placement Experience

From 3 or 6-7, semesters, students are eligible for the placements. Many companies (60-70+) companies are visiting the campus every year and 500+ offers are made for students. The highest package in my knowledge is 46 lpa and the average package is 6.5-7.5 lpa. Approx 80%-85% of students are placed from campus. I'm also looking for a secure job after getting my degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

We've to pay the fee annually(in two parts) & there is a fine for late fee & extra activities have extra charges. NRI students have to pay some extra amount for their course. We can apply for UP scholarships as well as other scholarships too.

Campus Life

Unifest, Welcome Party, Fresher's Party and Farewell, etc. are a few fests Hackathon, Ideathom etc. Are a few tech fests, which are organised by Galgotias University. All books are available related to the course & as well as some extra books, research papers & journals are also available. Classrooms are cleaned, fully A.C., fans and enough lighting. Sports Clubs & extracurricular activities always take place on Campus. Galgotias universities have social groups for all the departments, and websites which run by students.

Admission

For admission, you should have completed your previous degrees like high school, intermediate and bachelor more than 60% marks without any current backlogs. Application form are easily available on Galgotias's website.

College life at Galgotias

Placement Experience:

To be honest, placements here are pretty decent, but they really depend on how much effort you put into your own projects, internship and how well you've enhanced your skills. You can start appearing for campus drives from the 3rd semester, so you don't get much of a break. The company list is a mix we get some big tech firms and a bunch of startups too.

Remarks:

Best college of Bareilly region on the basis of infrastructure and facilities. No other college can stand in front of this college on the basis of infrastructure and facilities. Again I say In my opinion this future is best for your bright future.

Entrance Preview:

Entrance exam name was MCA. AMU is the only one college in this examination. Students from all over participated in this examination. They had 30 seats. I scored around 80%.

I did not take any entrance exams as I was eligible for enrollment directly based on my academic marks in graduation and Xth and XIIth. I also got a discount of fee based on the same. I opted for Amity distance learning because it is the best option for distance learning. They provide a lot of resources both online and offline to succeed in the course.

I wanted to go to VIPS, Pitampura. I did get admission there but they did not update the 4 year course policy which was newly released by the govt on their website and ipu website. Due to this my budget messed up and I had to back up. I specially prepared for this exam but in the end I ended up going to a private university where I feel like I wasted my time and money. Great learning environment with modern facilities and campus life
