I have chosen cse with cybersecurity has its having an great value in the near future The ratio of faculty and student is like 1:11 It is good The qualification of all the faculty are ph.d holders and the teaching method are good The term exam are quite fast and to pass the exam is quite easy

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham's CSE with Cybersecurity program offers a wide range of internship opportunities. From 6th semester the students can eligible for campus placements The top companies like Microsoft,google,tcs ,cts, amazon etc ,more than 900 companies visit our college The highest is 56 lpa and the average is like 9 to 10 lpa 95% students place in top companies My plan after getting the degree is to do an master program in cybersecurity

Fees and Financial Aid

There are total 4 slabs which it called scholarship,i got into the 4th slab which cost 2,75,000 per year and the fees has been increased from this year onwards , the hostel fee may be like 90000 to 1 lakh per year

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

A decent university

I applied to many colleges like Thapar College, Manipal College, VIT, and LPU and others. I got selected from many colleges, but I chose this college because of its ranking as it ranked 4th best university and 1st in the best private university. This was the only reason for the selection. Now it is also the 7th best university in india and 2nd in private universities. I only got rejected from the Manipal College of Engineering, and they didn't mention the reason for the rejection, but I assume the entrance exam was not so good for me. I rejected other colleges because I find Amrita University better than others. There are many ways to get admission, like from JEE mains or advanced and Amrita's own exam, AEEE.
