Course Curriculum Overview

The faculties here are highly experienced and well-trained from IITs, NITs, and international Institutes. They are friendly with students and help students to learn quickly. They teach in a manner that no one fails. Exams are held on time.

Placement Experience

Placements are too good as approx 450+ companies visit campus every year. Placements start from the 3rd year itself for BTech students. 89%+ students get placed every year rest of them go on further studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

According to the AEEE entrance exam rank, the fee slab will be selected. If not selected once can apply for the non-scholarship method. The fee for that session is 450000 and 3 slabs and the hostel fee is separate here.

Campus Life

The life at this campus is very good and as it is a vast campus, it has a pleasant nature. They conduct many festa and gflash mobs and food festa, everyone can enjoy participating here and can many rewards too. Books are available in the college library.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is somewhat old and they provide 4 sharing and single rooms and the hostel fee is 100000 including mess fee. They provide only vegetarian food in the hostel mess and that is also too hygienic, I stay in the hostel too.

Admission

Students should qualify in the AEEE entrance examination to get admission. One should get ranked according to the selected branch and campus of Amrita. The examination application fee for the first attempt is 1200 and if again for attempt 2 extra 300. No reservation will be there.

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.

I applied for vit, snu, cuet examination. A decent university

I applied to many colleges like Thapar College, Manipal College, VIT, and LPU and others. I got selected from many colleges, but I chose this college because of its ranking as it ranked 4th best university and 1st in the best private university. This was the only reason for the selection. Now it is also the 7th best university in india and 2nd in private universities. I only got rejected from the Manipal College of Engineering, and they didn't mention the reason for the rejection, but I assume the entrance exam was not so good for me. I rejected other colleges because I find Amrita University better than others. There are many ways to get admission, like from JEE mains or advanced and Amrita's own exam, AEEE.
