I have choosen ECE as we can move through software or hardware. The student teacher ratio is totally friendly and obedient The qualification of the faculty are PhD and etc There are 3 internal exams for 60M And 1 external for 40M Internals would be easy to score

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

The fee structure for CSE is around 450000 And for ECE around 250000 There is scholarship for the students who written srmjeee entrance with a rank of around below 1k Yeah,there is a full of opportunities in campus selections

The life at the campus is excellent The infrastructure is amazing There are so many number of social clubs like nss nso etc The annual fest is called MILAN and tech fest is known as AARUSH There are so many types of sports clubs

I have took srmjeee exam(entrance exam) The cut off of CSE around 1-5k rank and ece below 15k rank in phase 2 The entrance exam is online There is no reservation seats on cast etc The eligibility of applying srmjeee is 60% of marks in 12th grade

Placement Experience:

In our University from the starting of Seventh semester we are eligible for campus placements. Campanies like Jubilant food works, Zifo Technologies, Amura Heath Pvt.Ltd, Biocon etc. were some of the companies that visited our campus. Around fifty students got offers from these companies. About 70 percentage of the students got placements successfully. I am planning to pursue a master degree abroad

Likes

Many clubs available from Toastmasters to Campus Life, Our club Toastmasters is one of the peak highlights of our college. We regularly go to corporates to attend meetings of their clubs and network a lot.
Love the Research setup of our college. Has more than 15 COEs present. ABB research centre is the best among them
The bring in a lot of industry professionals every.One or the other event always keeps happening.

Dislikes

Campus is not very huge since it's in the centre of the city but the outside shops make up for this

Placement Experience:

From the very entry into your third year, you will be eligible to most of the placements. The training provided is very exquisite and some of the trainings start as early as 1st year. 2026 highest package was 55LPA. Many companies like from product companies like Microsoft, Capgemini to service based companies like TCS, INFOSYS etc.. visit our campus for regular placements. About 98% of people placed as far as I have heard.

The library is really Awesome in every aspect.
The facilities and labs and everything needed for studies is way above the bar. Great university to actually study and research.

Dislikes

No culturals, and if there is some only secular songs
Strict rules (needed, but some are too strict)

Placement Experience:

From the sixth semester the student are eligible for placements and prominent companies such as bicon, lifecell, zoho, Thermofisher, lmt mindtree, jubilant food works, siemens, bioartha and around 2030 offers has been made os of april 2026 for my batch. the percentage of students getting placed is over 95 percent as the rest of the students have opted for higher studies like me. i plan on doing my masters abroad.

Colleges which I have applied for was Sree Ramachandra institute in tamil nadu, MGR University IISER But I only got confirmed admission from SRM by writing a medical entrance exam.
