Course Curriculum Overview
In 1st semester 5 major course 1) Measure and Probability Theory, 2) Distribution and decision thoery 3) Sampling theory and Methods 4) Real Analysis 5) Research methedology with programming skills (R language) as well as one self learning programe In 2nd semester 3 major course 1) Theory of Estimation and Testing of Hypothesis 2) Regression analysis 3) Stochastic Process with programming skills (Python) and two elective papers as well as one self learning programe In 3rd semester 3 major Paper 1) Time series and forecasting 2) Advances and applied Multivariate 3) Planning and analysis of Industrial experiments with 3 elective paper as well as self learning and in 4th (last) semester 1 Major project. with all faculty member is good except 2 faculty member.
Internships Opportunities
You can apply for almost all internship related to your coures because the course curricullum is very good. Almost in all course they provide in last semester (4th) or (10the semester for integrated program). I'm in 2nd semester right now so I've not projects but when I'm getting project or internship I'm updating on Collegedunia
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structue of this course is much higher approx 200000 Rs are expend in two year including Hostel charge and Mess fee. If you are not general category then you can apply for National scholarship, also rajasthan government is provide a scholarship. There is no jobs availability for students in campus.
Campus Life
Life at the campus is not bad here almost all department are in approx 1 km to hostel so you don't want any bicycle or motorbike and here campus naturally good. One benefits of this college here social life is excellent becaus almost all state's students are admitted. There is no club in campus and 1.5 km away from national highway and main city. Infrastructure is good.
Hostel Facilities
There are 8 hostel in Central University of Rajasthan 4 Hostels for girls and 4 for boys all hostel has good infrastructure. Each hostels single bed room, double bed room and more then 2 bed room also each hostel has hall so you can watch TV in your hostel hall. Here one Mega mess and the meal quality is not bad except some days and mess fee is 15000 in semester
Admission
Intermediate in Science Stream or equivalent of any recognized board in India with Mathematics as one of the optional subject having atleast 50% Marks for general category and 45% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates. B.Sc. or B.A. having statistics as study atleast 4 semester or 2 years with 50% marks for general category and 45% or equivalend grage for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.
