Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum helped me a lot but It would be much beneficial and effective if they focused on practical knowledge than theoretical knowledge. Telling and teaching students the real time use of this theory would make their core foundation much more strong.

Many companies like jp Morgan, well Fargo, fedility,cummins came with internship offer the min internship offer was of 20k and max of 50k . Few of the companies even came with an ppo offer . But all the companies that came where providing stippend

Placement Experience

The placement was quite good till 2023 but due to recession in 2024 the offers are dropped but still our college managed to get 200 companies. Over 1500 students were placed in 2024 batch. The average package is 5L abd the highest was 50L

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fee is 3.5L for B.tech. if a student have certain good cgpa above 9.7 then they are awarded with scholarship on tuition fee. If we include the hostel fee that is 2.5L the overall expenditure for an year is approx 6L. The campus provides placement through the placement process

Campus Life

The social life is not that happening we have one fest very year called Milan which occurs in March. We have many clubs that organize many events like hackathon, we have alumini talk the sport is also quite good.

Hostel Facilities

The girls hostel charges 2.5L of 2 sharing AC rooms. The rooms are quite good.the hostel have many food shops which allows the kid to have tasty food. The food is okay but it becomes quite repetitive and that makes kids loose appetite. Uniqueness in the menu would make a large difference.

Hostel Fee: INR 250000 per year

Admission

The admission process was done through a test called srmjee. There was a cutoff for selection. The paper was easy if one is aware of basic concepts. About the exam , date of application everything was available in their site.

Placement Experience:

In our University from the starting of Seventh semester we are eligible for campus placements. Campanies like Jubilant food works, Zifo Technologies, Amura Heath Pvt.Ltd, Biocon etc. were some of the companies that visited our campus. Around fifty students got offers from these companies. About 70 percentage of the students got placements successfully. I am planning to pursue a master degree abroad

Many clubs available from Toastmasters to Campus Life, Our club Toastmasters is one of the peak highlights of our college. We regularly go to corporates to attend meetings of their clubs and network a lot.
Love the Research setup of our college. Has more than 15 COEs present. ABB research centre is the best among them
The bring in a lot of industry professionals every.One or the other event always keeps happening.

Dislikes

Campus is not very huge since it's in the centre of the city but the outside shops make up for this

Placement Experience:

From the very entry into your third year, you will be eligible to most of the placements. The training provided is very exquisite and some of the trainings start as early as 1st year. 2026 highest package was 55LPA. Many companies like from product companies like Microsoft, Capgemini to service based companies like TCS, INFOSYS etc.. visit our campus for regular placements. About 98% of people placed as far as I have heard.

The library is really Awesome in every aspect.
The facilities and labs and everything needed for studies is way above the bar. Great university to actually study and research.

No culturals, and if there is some only secular songs
Strict rules (needed, but some are too strict)

Placement Experience:

From the sixth semester the student are eligible for placements and prominent companies such as bicon, lifecell, zoho, Thermofisher, lmt mindtree, jubilant food works, siemens, bioartha and around 2030 offers has been made os of april 2026 for my batch. the percentage of students getting placed is over 95 percent as the rest of the students have opted for higher studies like me. i plan on doing my masters abroad.

Colleges which I have applied for was Sree Ramachandra institute in tamil nadu, MGR University IISER But I only got confirmed admission from SRM by writing a medical entrance exam.
