Likes

The campus is beautiful and it is widely spread
They host several fest frequently , this is one of the good thing.
We have good infrastructure which can give us may opportunity

Dislikes

One thing I don't like is the sports infra , there is only two ground which don't allow us to play freely
The hostel mess is also on of the concern.
The fees is quite high and is not on par.

The main motive of choosing this course is that as it is a growing sector. I would say in the the first year not really they prepare us for re world applicantion. The exams are taken at a frequency of one month.

There are several internship that srm offered and also different competition that gave student a boost . Infosys, mahindra, these types of company also come. They do very much of research based project.

Placement Experience

According to my knowledge student become eligible for campus placement after 6th semester. This there were not much offers made. The placement percentage was low. The highest package this year is around 35 lakh.My plans after getting degree is to do MBA

Fees and Financial Aid

According to my knowledge Srm will increase 10 thousand fees in academic year 2024-25 which make the fee 4.6 lakh per annum. The complete tution fee will be 18 excluding any other charges. This time the employment percentage had seen some dip.

Campus Life

I don't remember the months but there are several fest occurred and one of the most special fest is going to held MILAN. Other fest are Aarush and there are also other. If we talk related to sports then there is total of two ground where everyone play everysport.

Hostel Facilities

I have taken the hostel only. The hostel is little bit overpriced. Total cost of the hostel for this academinc year is around 2.35 lakhs. The menu is okay okay but quality of food is not good. The registration is easy

Hostel Fee: INR 235000 per year

Admission

The eligibility of the course is to require minimum of 60% aggregate in pcm. The application form can be found in google and also the other details. I have no much idea of the reservation benefits as I hadn't availed any.

Placement Experience:

In our University from the starting of Seventh semester we are eligible for campus placements. Campanies like Jubilant food works, Zifo Technologies, Amura Heath Pvt.Ltd, Biocon etc. were some of the companies that visited our campus. Around fifty students got offers from these companies. About 70 percentage of the students got placements successfully. I am planning to pursue a master degree abroad

Likes

Many clubs available from Toastmasters to Campus Life, Our club Toastmasters is one of the peak highlights of our college. We regularly go to corporates to attend meetings of their clubs and network a lot.
Love the Research setup of our college. Has more than 15 COEs present. ABB research centre is the best among them
The bring in a lot of industry professionals every.One or the other event always keeps happening.

Dislikes

Campus is not very huge since it's in the centre of the city but the outside shops make up for this

Placement Experience:

From the very entry into your third year, you will be eligible to most of the placements. The training provided is very exquisite and some of the trainings start as early as 1st year. 2026 highest package was 55LPA. Many companies like from product companies like Microsoft, Capgemini to service based companies like TCS, INFOSYS etc.. visit our campus for regular placements. About 98% of people placed as far as I have heard.

The library is really Awesome in every aspect.
The facilities and labs and everything needed for studies is way above the bar. Great university to actually study and research.

Dislikes

No culturals, and if there is some only secular songs
Strict rules (needed, but some are too strict)

Placement Experience:

From the sixth semester the student are eligible for placements and prominent companies such as bicon, lifecell, zoho, Thermofisher, lmt mindtree, jubilant food works, siemens, bioartha and around 2030 offers has been made os of april 2026 for my batch. the percentage of students getting placed is over 95 percent as the rest of the students have opted for higher studies like me. i plan on doing my masters abroad.

Paramedicals pros and cons

Colleges which I have applied for was Sree Ramachandra institute in tamil nadu, MGR University IISER But I only got confirmed admission from SRM by writing a medical entrance exam. The reason why I chose this course was because my family friend also joined here for architecture and she said the placements are top notch and it provides multiple opportunities abroad I got rejection from IISER because I failed in entrance exam.
