Life at Himanyan IIM

Course is well structured and relevant for MBA students with all the domains covered in first 3 terms so all the students get an idea about these domains and theh can select what electives they want to pursue in 2nd year what major and minor subject domains they want in 2nd year and IIM Sirmaur have many electives to offer with a World class faculty

There are many companies that come to our campus for internship hiring like KPMG, EY, Tiger analytics, Amazon, HDFC Bank l, ICICI Bank, Adani Power, Campusutra, DE Shaw, etc. All the batch gets 100% placed for SIP period. Roles are offered in different fields like marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Analytics, Consultancy, etc. they placement committee is also very supportive during the whole placement process. The average Stipend is around 30000 which can very for batch to batch. The internship is for 2 months.

Our placement committee is very good and supportive and placement process starts soon as you join the college in 1st year it is summer internship placement and 2nd year it's for final Placement. The placement drive in floated in respective students institute mail ID and they respond to the mail based on the eligibility criteria and the campus has proper infrastructure for conducting offline interview and they are strict norms when comes to placement guidelines like grooming standard and formal business dress code.

Basically the fee structure is divided in 6 installment of 275000 excluded mess fees which depends on the vendor but currently it's around 18000 for one term( 3 months). And the tuition fees increase for every new batch that I got to know. Complete cost is around 1575000 and we can easily get education loan from any bank.

IIM Sirmaur currently have a temporary campus and It is about to shift in its new campus when the next batch will join. So, About the temporary campus it had good facilities whether it is for sports or technological provisions within the classroom lile wifi or digitally enabled classroom with projectors. They many management domain related clubs and committee and it's a full student driven campus.

Hostel facility is also good and we have provided with all the necessary facilities for a MBA student. Students will be provided with double sharing room with a separate wifi connection in each room. There are total 6 hostel 2 for girls and 4 for boys in 3 are for seniors and 1 for juniors. Each hostel as it's own mess. Mess food is served 4 times breakfast, lauch, high tea, and dinner.

I was based CAT entrence exam, as I scored 92 percentile in my CAT exam i received call from different IIMs like IIM Ranchi, IIM Raipur, IIM Amritsar, IIM Sirmaur etc. and CAP is a admission process which has 9 new IIMs and baby IIMs in it. So I got selected as a ST candidate in the CAP process and then I had a personal interview through Online mode which was a basic admission as in tell me something about yourself and why you want to pursue MBA etc. then I got call from IIM simraur. They said me a admission form with all the details with admission fees of 50000 for accepting a seat and and at the reporting time my documents were verified by the institute.

I only had a personal interview during my admission process and it was a CAP admission process that is conducted for 9 new and baby IIMs including IIM sirmaur. So I was a basic college admission interview and interviewer asked me about myself and why I want to pursue MBA after engineering and some questions related to my profile and CV and basic business GK questions.
